When Clear Water Solutions arrived, they told me that not only would I need to pay them an additional $50, but I would have to cut a hole in my ceiling personally so that they can fix the leak! They claimed the $50 fee was for doing work not covered by the warranty. All the work is clearly covered. They claimed they wouldn't cut the hole because that also wasn't covered in the warranty. They changed their tune when I showed them my policy showing that everything was covered. Basically, they tried to scam $50 out of me and make me damage my property, which violates my warranty. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!
