My first sign was that shortly after completing the online form on a Sunday evening, I received a phone call that same evening advising they could be at our home the following morning. I was led to believe that this visit would be for an estimate; instead they showed up ready to clean the chimney. My second error was that I allowed them to go ahead and clean the chimney. What a quick and dirty job it was! Very little effort was put into the job. He used an ancient vacuum that blew soot around the room. A mess was left with no effort made to clean up. He did inspect the chimney with a camera. Please, seek out someone else for your chimney maintenance!!
