I had a really unsettling experience with one of this company's tow truck drivers on FM 1960. I had to slam on my brakes and swerve left to avoid hitting him. It wasn't even close--there was no way he could've made that turn without cutting into my lane. I honked to make him aware, but instead of moving on, he chose to escalate the situation. For the next two and a half miles, he followed me, tailgating with his brights on, pulling up next to me, and then cutting into my lane. When we finally stopped at a red light, he rolled down his window, started yelling, and waving his hands at me. He only backed off when I held up my phone to show I was calling 911. This was not just unprofessional--it was downright dangerous. I understand that driving a tow truck can be stressful, but there is no excuse for this kind of intimidation on the road. I wouldn't trust a company that allows its drivers to behave this way.

Terrible company!!! *****DO NOT USE ***** I literally flew in town for a funeral. Got in after…read moremidnight and funeral was the very next morning. I woke up just to find my car gone!!! I called the police since I thought it was stolen. They told me it was in a storage facility because it had been towed!!!!! I've never heard of "head in" parking. Backing in to spaces is my usual way of parking. I was, however, parked in visitors parking area. What really got me to boiling point is I called the owner COUNTLESS times that morning and NO ANSWER!!!! I finally reached someone DAYS later and he was ZERO percent apologetic and compassionate toward my situation. Only kept saying he wasn't gonna be in the negative due to me. I'm sorry, but as a business sometimes a kind gesture will go a lot further than a small fee (to a company)!!! Hope he will understand that sometimes eating a small cost will benefit in the end.
