Highway Robbery!!! Don't call these folks unless your prepared to empty your bank account and get sucker punched. I broke my back just 11 weeks ago in a major accident and I had to be life-flighted to the hospital where I had emergency surgery and spent 12 days in the hospital. Because of that , I was issued a bright red colored temporary Disabled Parking permit which I have currently hanging from the rear view mirror of my vehicle. It is good until the end of the year. After having to work late one evening this last week I returned home to my apartments to find the disabled parking spots taken by people without permits. My mother in law was visiting that evening and I had told her she could park in my spot and I would just park in one of the disabled spots for one night. So, after circling the complex twice I ended up finding about 5 spots that were at least 200 yards from my own apartment and the disabled spots. Early the next morning I went out to move my car to a disabled spot if available to only find to my dismay my car either stolen or towed. I had left my debit card in my car so I had to borrow money and after much calling I was able to find out that not even an hour after I had parked my car that night, some as&*%# had called these people and without taking into considering the disabled parking pass, or asking the apartment's management to call me, they without any recourse whatsoever towed my vehicle to an undisclosed location in a wooded, run down, and delapidated area of Houston I wouldn't even think about going to after dark. This was even more frustrating after learning that the person that had called could have parked in the 4 other spots next to him that night as they went un-used. Nobody seems to care including the apartments that people are parked in the disabled spots without having the necessary parking permits. It cost me almost $300 dollars to get my car out of impound from that place that was only 7 miles from the starting point. Oh, and bring exact change because if you don;t, you can consider any change owed as a tip to them for their patronage. Watch your back!
P.S. The address posted on here is not where you will pick up your vehicle. The only way to find this place is to make a "Wrong Turn". read more
