We were given a safety briefing, and a demonstration of technique - quite necessary for us. It was tough to get the technique down till we could get them to stick consistently (mastery is beyond us), however, they gave us a lighter ax, then several different models of projectiles, the easiest being what I'd describe as similar to the throwing 'stars' you see in old karate movies. We were given suggestions for games to play, which increased our enjoyment. It can be a workout, but we had way more fun than we would have predicted. * (I assume there may be leagues or times at which there may be a wait, so perhaps of the above on-line). We reserved our times online and upon entering, the staff was very friendly, got us checked in, explained instructions thoroughly and 'threw' us on our way! LOL My nephew, a friend and I went and really enjoyed ourselves. It was a lot of fun! My nephew is slick competitive, so he didn't want to stop until he hit that bullseye!
