Really fun experience! This was my first time here but the process of checking in was really fast! We did the lost pyramid and it was a challenge but really fun! I pray everything is sanitized before we started cause you are touching literally everything! And they don't do temperature checks. Overall if you haven't been! Def check them out. I will be back again

The staff was nice, the entrance room was a nice open space to prep. The clues in the room had a wide range of difficulty and style. I also really love that they didn't make everything so linear. You don't follow one clue directly to the next, directly to the next. Things built on each other and you collected some clues, to put together later. They also don't give out hints, easily, which I think is important. The room was challenging, but a lot of fun. The room that my kids escape was the Jester, which seem to be scary, but it's comical. My daughter almost gave up at the end thinking something was going to pop out, but the staff reassured her that no fixtures move or touch the patrons

So fun! 5 stars for the decor and most importantly we escaped!!! This was definitely a group effort! My group of ladies definitely enjoyed the shipwreck cove experience.

Friendly staff and well organized. The trip around each individual room doea not leave you feeling rushed but also doesn't make you feel trapped in a room looking for clues to find freedom. I had fun, even hopping around with crutches and a broken foot. My spouse got to play like a five year old which is always a treat to observe. So I'd say it was worth the hype.

Very well thought out rooms that each offer a unique and wholesome experience (of shouting at each other until you get out all smiles).

Great escape rooms but ran into issues that hindered our experience…read more... SPOILER WARNING! In the Pandemic room, the sorted viles were 1) in the wrong order (this was confirmed by the employee overseeing our hints) and 2) the last number for the code wasn't in the right shape so it didn't show any number shape. They also used a crossword puzzle which isn't so bad if it's a one-and-done thing but crosswords were used not only in the Pandemic but also in the Crisis room which was overkill In the Crisis room, we immediately were able to unlock locks without the correct key (how this happened, I am not sure...) We also had yet ANOTHER crossword puzzle and were missing over half of the letters which made us have to ask the moderator for a hint which took off time for us to escape. Also, at the end, the correct code for the employee walking is through the ending didn't even work for her and the lock was jammed so even if we made it to the very end, there was no way to escape without the key.... The only complaint I have for the Caretaker room was that the papers in the fireplace didn't fall and there was like a matching puzzle that was just kinda dumb but other than that it was our favorite out of all the rooms! This place is GREAT and we love the experience but for a hefty $25 per person, I just except everything to be completely functional and working correctly. I do highly recommend this place tho!

I went tonight and it was awful. Nothing about it was scary at all. We got shoved into groups of up to 15 and it lade the experience awful. You could hear and see jump scares from the front of the line so you were never scared. THE LIGHTS IN THE ACTUAL HAUNTED HOUSE WERE SO BRIGHT. WHY! Last time it was pitch black and you literally had to feel your way through the maze. The front person held a glow stick for light and that was about it. It was pretty bad. Bad waste of money. I had fun with my friends but it's a huge waste of money. Do not go.

As of the time of this review it contains four haunts, one stand alone and the other is a three in one. ALL are fantastic! For $30 you get admission to one haunt but for a mere $5 more you get all four, so why wouldn't you do that? In fact for $15 more you get VIP line access to all four, which on a busy night would be totally with it! They make a conscious effort to distribute patrons between the two cues so wait time is minimized but of course on a busy night you could wait for a bit if you choose GA. Regardless, these are worth the wait. These are theater quality sets, with well trained acting staff, and professional makeup. We chose the behind the scenes tour for $70 per ticket which included VIP access to all four haunts, once we finished and the lights went out. I didn't know what to expect, but Ethan, who is the creative director, gave us our tour and it was also fantastic! We arrived about two hours prior to lights out with the tour start time scheduled to start at around 1.5 hours prior to lights out. Ethan started early and went long! We toured the main haunt and were shown things like how the scare boxes worked, the lighting, how the sets were built, he talked about the mechanics behind the sets, we saw makeup and costuming as the actors were getting ready as well as the workshop. He also walked us through the other three haunts albeit with less detail as opening was approaching! I'd been through professional haunts before so I knew they were high quality but I had absolutely no idea how much went into producing and running one! Very impressive. The tour is well worth it but at the very least you need to experience their work. Parking is good, well lit, monitored by MPD, security is employed starting in the parking lot so, while we went in the back door and bypassed all that, I could tell it was super safe.
