Then, I waited until later in the week to follow up via email. The person even ignored my email. The fact that I was ignored is really disheartening because I wanted to celebrate my upcoming milestone birthday there. I've reached out to them years ago, and whoever helped me was so accommodating. The driving range was busy and every spot was full. The lawn and courses (there are two) looked well maintained. The staff inside were very friendly! The prices were decent, considering the member discount. I think a Michelob Ultra was $3.30. I ordered frozen margarita and it was very strong. They have made some improvements and renovations lately to the overall appearance of the lobby area and it's welcoming and refreshing.

Thick nasty grime on table legs & feet. Obviously not been cleaned in ages. I wanted to leave but spouse wanted to hit some balls. He found a rag & spray bottle & cleaned table & seats himself. We intended to order drinks & food but didn't because of how dirty place was. With such a low standard for cleanliness, can't imagine kitchen was sanitary.. Or the bathroom. Music played constantly. Loud, frenetic & teen oriented. Top Golf is not a place for real golfers. Not a place you'd go regularly. It's really an event space or place to party. But with the filth, lack of service, inattentive staff, I wouldn't host or attend an event or party there. Management should be ashamed. I intend to write corporate office. Do not tell me to contact you personally as you tell everyone. Doesn't ever appear to be any improvement as the bad reviews are consistent & go all the way back since Top Golf opened.

Are you a consistently straight driver of the golf ball? I mean really straight -- like never more…read morethan 10-15 yards off center. You are? Then give my review an extra star; low handicappers are gonna love this course. If you are not, then this course is gonna be frustrating. The fairways are very nice, but narrow and if you can't find them, you're probably OB, in a water hazard, or buried under landscaping. If you fail to lose your ball entirely to one of these fates, you're still gonna be wandering too long through the thick rough searching for it. The greens are lovely, but undulating and quick. The course is just really damn challenging for most weekend duffers. Still, the carts, customer service, clubhouse and food are really good. Definitely worth a look, but bring your A-game for sure.
