They always cook the chicken breast from raw. The wait time is worth it thought. Most of the time I have received a perfectly grill cooked juicy chicken breast. I only got a few bogies of overcooked chicken or too much muscle with a not so great cut of chicken breast. So the good definitely far outweigh the bad amounts of times on my visits.
