Allan was very responsive throughout the entire process, and was available to discuss services with him 15 minutes after submitting. Pricing and payment was transparent and a smooth process. The inspection report was very thorough with pictures and written in terms I could understand. Allan checked items I wouldn't have even considered and made several ongoing maintenance suggestions. He used a drone to inspect the roof, thermal cameras to inspect HVAC and insulation, electrical outlets, water systems, appliances, etc. Discovered several items I wouldn't have noticed (or at least not until they became serious issues). When I 1st wrote the review slamming these guy for the number of things missed, the company president called me assuring me ect ect. All BS, your guy Justin Whittaker missed so many common things, I should have taken legal action, and my agent who suggested you should have had to pay for the repairs since she suggested you and used you all the time.
