She went on to tell Mom what words we "don't like to use around kids" which include needles, etc. Before you try to set a parent straight, make sure you're doing a top-notch job. That was unsettled for me because it was the second time I've witnessed it here. I'm not going to describe the individual, but I'll update my review if I'm able to get her name. I posted this review in hopes that someone will peak to the staff about their communication. I used to work in the medical field, so I'm very aware about healthcare privacy laws.

Upon filling out my paperwork, I was immediately seen by the dental assistant who was just as friendly and easy going as the receptionist. And then to top it off, my dentist (Dr. Kim) walked in and was extremely happy and funny as well! I couldn't say enough about the treatment I received. Dr. Seo is very gentle and explains what to expect as time goes by. I have two implants on lower left and that went very well. My implants on right upper side are almost done,get teeth soon. I do not have dental insurance and they work with you to make payments easy. I also have general check ups and cleaning done here. One dentist for everything is great for me.

I have had some dentist who has cleaned my teeth and was kind of rough when I go for my appointments over here but, this particular person really was caring today. I think her name is Ms. Tanya. This…read moreis a beautiful office with just the right amount of toys, games, and distractions but at the same time, very comfortable for adults. Every person we dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. The hygienist was so good with the kids. When my kids were nervous to try something, the hygienist introduced a different method that would work for them and meet their needs. I loved the individualized touches for my kids - like bibs with their names on them! Dr. Udis was so kind and gentle. Both the dentist and the hygienist took time to talk to me about brushing techniques and how to make things easier for the kids to maintain healthy teeth. This was a fabulous experience!

I was referred by my co-worker who was a patient at MVP at the time. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 6 years. I was always a nervous wreck when it came to dentists. If you visit their website, you'll see they have a "New Patient Special" which is $99 for a cleaning, exam, and X-rays. Not too shabby. Since becoming a patient, though, I've had routine check-ups and Dr. Thomas referred me to an endodontist so that I could get my root canal re-treated. It was such a smooth process, and she checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay after my procedure. She went over all the information throughly and made sure I understood before signing any paperwork. She answered all my questions and concerns. The entire staff is so friendly, both in person and over the phone. Christina, one of the young ladies at the front desk, answers the phone and sounds like she genuinely enjoys her job. It honestly gives you a boost of confidence. They are always on top of their game. You can opt-in for text message reminders for each appointment, which I love. I also got a Thank You card in the mail from one of the assistants thanking me for choosing MVP and following through with my treatment plan. So sweet! Late last year, I got a voucher for a free Sonic Toothbrush. They also give you a travel size goody bag after your check-up; complete with mouthwash, a toothbrush, a tube of toothpaste and a business card. I am so sorry to be the only reviewer…read more I will not be returning to this dentist. In my search for a new dentist, I was really excited that I heard back from this office very quickly, and was able to schedule an appointment within a week. The dentist was extremely nice and friendly, very caring, however, the actual cleaning that I was there for, and the x-rays made me decide that I will not return. Regarding the x-rays, the dentist did not put the lead smock on me. I was receiving x-rays without any protection from the lead apron. This is not like any experience I've had anywhere else. The cleaning took maybe five minutes because all the dentist did was water pick my teeth. There was no rushing, no flossing, and I did not leave the dentist with that wonderful, feeling of super smooth and clean teeth. Although he was very nice, it was the lack of care, and the lack of time that I felt was put into my cleaning. I take good care of my teeth, but I still expect to be brushed, flossed, anything other than a five minute water pick. X-rays and cleaning took no more than 10 minutes. Again, the doctor is super nice, but I will not be returning in six months for another cleaning.

This supposed dental practice universal dentistry in north wales pa should be renamed Dentists from…read morehell. there is not one thing i can say good about them. they are all incompetent. i got a full upper bridge on 02.25 25 and have not been able to eat with them ever since. they have not acknowleged a problem and say they look ok. the so called dentist has not personally tried to do anything to rectify problem but delegates guess work to the store clerks. they should lose their license for their arrogance alone. you are made to pay in advance by a used car salesman. i have filed a complaint with the pa dental board also
