They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. I asked a lot of off the wall things, but he was patient and made sure I understood the explanation of different types of patios and materials. Before starting the project, he walked me through the plan and introduced me to my project manager, Luis. Luis was great, he kept me updated the whole way, even during the first week when I was out of town. I had no worries and I was able to enjoy my vacation while full on construction was going on at my home. Every crew that came out, roofing, painting, cement, told me what they were there to do and asked if I had any questions before getting started. I also have to mention Blanca in the office, every time I called, she was so friendly and easy to talk to, it was like I'd known her for years. The end result? My patio is beautiful! KTX (Izzy and his crew) did an excellent job redoing my expansion joints. There were many small…read moredetails that Izzy identified that made this 1000% better than doing it myself. First off, the color matching is a huge bonus. You can buy the Sikaflex material at Home Depot, BUT it only comes in two colors. Because KTX mixes their own product on the job, they can make pretty much any color you need. The color they used on my driveway came out perfect. Additionally, they put a clear silicone sand on top of the joints while they are still wet. This adds a layer or protection and prevents tire marks, stains, etc. It also means that the finish doesn't develop mold/mildew over time. Most importantly these guys were very professional, punctual and reasonably priced. I would give KTX my highest recommendation and will encourage all my friends and family to use them for expansion joint replacement. Thank you KTX for a job well done. Excellent work!

Advanced Concrete Solutions... This experience has been…read morehorrific. I called in looking for acid etching on garage floor. Instead I was only offered epoxy or stain at a discount. I was instructed to remain off of the floor for approximately two days. I kep off for five but the sealer/stain peeled off anyway. You may see tread marks so no way I spun my tires to creat this mess. I tried to reconcile this problem. First was, "I'll send my son to investigate." Last attempts to communicate left me "ghosted". No phone calls, no texts, no e-mail. Guess my cash payment for improper work balanced with social media mean nothing which is why I am posting in hope no one else gets taken advantage of the way I've been.
