I looked for a company to remove and treat the affected issues. I could see two areas when they came out they found one more. We assume it was raccoons not in the attic nor crawl space. First time having this issue but it's been resolved. I am a bit concerned since it rained last night post cleanup and treatment. I'm hopeful it solves the issue and I won't need to address again. There are no pictures post cleanup. I documented photos of what I saw to get an idea if I was calling the right company to handle.

Nothing but great things to say about Dan and Running Wild. Dan was very quick to respond initially…read morewhen I first reached out to him as well as through the process of removing some raccoons that had nested in our attic. We had daily touch points where he would check in to see if the traps he set had been effective. Once we had the trash pandas trapped, he was very quick to respond and treated the animals humanely. We had a very tricky situation on our hands that was beyond my ability to handle on my own and his expertise put me at ease. Also compared to a lot of the big name companies that are out there, Running Wild's fee was VERY competitive. Excellent experience all around.

As the highest rated pest control business in the city, I had high expectations for their service…read morebased on their online reputation. Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

Michael and his wife were fast to respond, clear with what we could choose to do (lots choices) and quick to execute once we decided. We caught one squirrel the first day and two the second. They safely removed them alive in their traps the next mornings both times. They sealed up our home all over with metal mesh and metal flashing to help keep everything out in the future. They made everything look good and painted the flashing g to match roof color or Siding color. They are professional and very knowledgeable and experienced and they have done well for us twice now in two homes and we trust the same success as before! Thank you!

Do not hire this man!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!…read more Hired him for squirrel removal in my attic and to put traps in case there were any roof rats-he was so inconsistent and uncommunicative. Never came when he said he would, would show up late, and the work to seal openings around the house was very shoddy, janky work that I could have done myself, nothing a professional should have done. To make matters worse, I've sent him over 20+ texts asking for an invoice and he ignores all my texts. It's been over a month since his services and no invoice has been sent after countless requests for one. SUPPOSEDLY he has a 2 year warranty- there is no proof of that anywhere. I guess you're just supposed to take his word for it. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. As soon as I paid him he never responded to any of my texts asking for an invoice. He's lucky I care more about my time than to take him to small claims court which I should do. Take your money elsewhere even if it's more expensive. You'll end up probably having to hire another company anyways and be out double the money to actually do what he says he was going to do. I could have DIY-ed what he did myself if it was gonna be such amateur work.

Super nice young man, very personable, professional, and he took the time to explain every step of the process so I knew exactly what was going on. This was not an easy job at all. He was able to remove the dead one and really put in the effort to get to the source of the problem instead of just doing the bare minimum and leaving. What I appreciated most was that he didn't seem rushed or careless. He stayed calm, kept working the problem, and was very respectful the whole time. In a stressful situation like that, having someone knowledgeable and patient makes a huge difference.
