Not only was the service top-notch, but the turnaround time was impressively quick. I stayed to wait for my car, and to tint two front windows was a little over a 1 hour wait. They had a waiting area with snacks, coffee and water. They also have free wifi, so I was able to work while I waited for my car. I have installed PPF on over 15 cars from corvette, Mercedes, McLaren and now my new ZR1 c8. I never used Gulf Coast Auto Shield before but was recommended from friend that did his GT3 with them. John the owner is great and door always open to all his customers and welcomes going to see the process while working on our cars. (trust me i was probably there every day) I did full PPF and it is the best job i have ever seen or done on any of my cars. My PPF installer was Sergio and it was perfection i had to try to find the ppf on the panels and it looks like he did not install PPF... IT IS THAT GOOD!!!!! ABSOLUTLY THE BEST and it installed like it liquid on the paint. Do not look around on hesitate his installer is the best out there and John does not rush them to finish and to get the next car in.... he lets them do their craft and he expects nothing but the best..... I had stopped by here almost two years ago when I was shopping around for a car tint (I decided to go somewhere else because I didn't want to go with llumar) but I remember having a good experience here because Corey (the owner - the person that I had talked to the first time around, and again this time around) didn't do any hard sell. I asked him questions, he answered them and gave me prices which I thought were reasonable. Like I said, this time around I wanted a basic security system with no fancy features like paging or a remote with a fancy screen. Corey showed me three different systems with similar features but different brands (Avital and Viper, both under the DEI company; and Prestige). I decided to go with the Prestige brand because this was the second most affordable system (by only $10) but it had, what in my opinion, the coolest looking remote. Corey told me that it would take about 1.5 hours for the install but I wasn't too worried about that because I don't live too far from here. I told him to just give me a call when the car's done and I'd come pick it up. The actual time it took until I received the phone call was 2.5 hours which was an hour longer than expected. However, like I mentioned, I wasn't concerned about it since I was chilling at home binging on Frasier anyway. Once Corey called me to tell me that my car was ready, I went back to pick it up. After I had paid for the system, Corey walked outside to my car with me and showed me the basic features of the system that had just been installed. However, since it was a pretty basic system, there wasn't really anything much to show. I'm probably just going to go through the manual to see if there's any additional features that the system offers. Anyway, I recommend this place if you need a security system. It's true what others had said, they don't have a million different products in the store, but what they do offer, Corey will stand behind those products. Also, prices are competitive. At the very least, drop in to see what they have to offer since Corey won't push you for a sale anyway. What do you have to lose?

Last year, I had an issue with my Toytec front coil over due to bad bushing. Unfortunately the shocks were already out of warranty. However due to the close relationship that Duggy's had with Toytec, they were able to get the shocks replaced for free, and reinstalled them again (for free also!) as they mentioned that they stand by their earlier work, and also provide a loaner in the meantime. Michael, one of the sales rep, also previously suggested taking my car home for the weekend after installing bigger tires and seeing if there is any rubbing issues due to my regular daily driving vs having to do additional lift/alignment which may cost more money. I really appreciate how they put the customer first, provide excellent service and daily updates of your vehicles, and are the best at what they do for Toyota/Lexus Offroad vehicles in Houston. Thank you Duggy's for taking care of my car in an excellent manner!

Ouch, but they are regarded as the best in the area, so I went with them. 1st issue - The truck was rubbing badly on the pinch weld in forward and reverse and one of the leaf springs was installed incorrectly (found by my mechanic changing my brakes). They said the truck must have settled. On the incorrectly installed leaf spring they asked us to take it in and they would fix. No problem, mistakes happen. 2nd issue - took in for them to fix the rubbing and incorrectly installed leaf spring. Got it back and still rubbed bad in reverse. Not worth taking in again, so I beat back the pinch weld myself.

When we got there we were welcomed from the owners John and Hua. I told them what we needed, and after a few questions John worked up a quote and an estimated time to completion. We brought my wife's Infinity to Andy's company - American Dent Specialists - a few years ago and they did a great job detailing the car. When I bought my Porsche a few months ago, I was encouraged to look into having ceramic applied to protect the finish. I called Andy to get his take on the technology (very positive!) and learned that his company applies ceramic coatings. I was fortunate enough to be going on vacation a few weeks ago and Andy arranged for me to have the ceramic coating applied while I was gone. This had the added benefit of allowing the car to sit in Andy's shop for 5 additional days to give the ceramic coating more time to cure out of the elements. I was blown away by how nice the car looked when I picked it up. It is perfect! Very shiny and the detail work to the car was excellent. Andy introduced me to the two guys who worked on the car and they were really excited about how the car came out. One of the reasons I chose ceramic technology is the ease of doing maintenance washes. I have done one maintenance wash since I picked the car up. Used two buckets as they recommended. Then, I used my leaf blower to dry the car. It worked incredibly well. My wife was with me when I picked up the car. Andy, and the two guys, let my wife know the advantages of getting it done on her Mercedes SUV. The guys were so strong on the technology, answered her questions, and of course she could see the result in my car. She is very practical, and a tough sell, so not sure if she will make it happen. If so, we will definitely use Andy's company.
