It's always interesting to have someone in your private space (here I am! In all my mess!) but I instantly felt so comfortable with Christine, I got out of her way and left so she could work and had a key made so she can come and go. The house doesn't just FEEL clean... it IS clean (there is a difference). She has just the right touch that makes your home feel more "homey". Christine has entirely changed the way I feel at home and i couldn't be more thankful for her or recommend her enough.

I called her number on Yelp and the number she gave me. One went to VM and the other was sent to VM after one ring. She has not shown up so I called again and left messages. While she did do a good job on a previous clean this unreliability doesn't work for us. Update: owner left a message saying she lost her phone. Okay... you still could have come as scheduled or if not, message me through Yelp? We had been messaging through Yelp all along and promptly replied to my Yelp review so she has access to the internet. Looking back, there was a "mess" vibe all around. She forgot cleaning supplies last time, as an example.

I'll try to be as much as objective as…read moreI can be. :) Consider myself very picky client, since I used to do this for leaving long time ago. I CAN REALLY RECOGNIZE THE PROFESSIONAL HIGH STANDARD JOB FROM A SLOPPY ONE . Five Star Cleaning Service showed up at my door right on time. They had everything with them even little stepping lader for reaching places. Right away at the doorway they were shoe covers. Then we took a tour around the house and I explained my preferences and what I want them to do. Very easy to communicate with. They took a little bit more time, then it was planned, since a lot more work needed to be done at my house, but it was so worth it. I was pleasantly surprised how everything that we talked about was done, with Love and Care. 1. Shower, shower doors, sinks (and we have 6), Windows, window doors were sparkling. 2. Kitchen stove, kitchen sink, kitchen stainless steel appliances were done really nice. Plus my kitchen cabinets are white and they've done a great job of cleaning every single little spot. 3. Absolutely everything was dusted. Even tough areas with stuff around them. 4. The floors were washed and any rugs on Floors where vacuumed and cleaned. 5. All garbage cans in the house emptied and changed. After, we had a walk through the house and checked the job. I couldn't even find one coment or complain. Everything was just nice and neat. I have found my cleaning service after all. So, from five stars the highest I give him all five! P.S. have mixed feelings if I should post this feedback/review. Afraid they will have more clients... I really want them to keep the hight quality Lol

I am finally getting around to providing my experiences with Amanda and her company Home Harmony…read more Amanda cleaned our fifth wheel, which was a huge project, for us as we were getting it ready for sale. I told Amanda that if I was very happy with the result and I provided two great reviews. I had told her that if I was happy with the result that I'd like for her to clean our new home. Amanda quoted us 2 prices - one for our main floor and one for both floors (when we have company). We always like to pay in cash. She came to our home for the first cleaning, after we had company, so we paid for both floors. Both times she cleaned, I didn't have an "arrival time" and would have to contact her the night before to get confirmation that she was coming and also to find out the "arrival time". After the first cleaning, I thought it "mostly" looked clean. It's hard to tell because it's a new home. So I told her it looked "great." But after a day or two, my husband and I started to notice a few things. Hair around the floor of the toilet and a few tell-tale signs that something seemed off and not truly "clean". Oh well, we thought. After she arrived for the second cleaning at 12:00 pm noon per our Ring camera and her text message that she had arrived at the house, we stopped by about 12:30 to leave her envelope of cash for the cleaning. She hollered "hello" and we yelled "hello" back, grabbed a couple of things, left her envelope, and left out the front door. We had lunch, ran errands separately, and waited for a text or call that she was done. Like the first cleaning of our house, we didn't get a call or text. My husband suggested that I check the Ring camera. And to my utter shock, she left at 1:00pm. She had spent only ONE HOUR at our house. I could not believe my eyes. I had been ripped off. She came in, pretended to clean with a little possibly dusting or moving of items, but when I returned, it was obvious that she did not clean the house. The floors were filthy, hair around the toilets, grimy feeling on the island, counters, and bathroom counters. We're still in shock that we were duped! Yes, I texted immediately before coming home. She tried to say that she was at our house for about 2 hours etc. The Ring camera was not lying to us. And neither was the dirty house. She tried to explain that our house is new, that it's just the two of us, that it doesn't get or look that dirty. All the excuses in the world does not justify ONE HOUR ONLY at our house. Our main floor is about 2,500 square feet. I told her repeatedly that we felt ripped off. She asked to make it right. I told her we don't want her at our home. We were done. I don't trust Amanda or her company Home Harmony.
