We had eye coverage from work and somehow still got charged $500 and no one would explain why or where the charges came from. After asking around for another eye doctor, who made us feel like long time family members, they also stated our daughter did not have bifocals like my wife was told! I don't doubt that half the reason our daughters eyes are worse is because of this place. Dont go here, they will take advantage and over charge you! Be careful!!

The ladies in the front are always helpful with selecting glasses that best fit you, even if you're as picky as I am. Dr. Newcomb is very nice and definitely knows his stuff. The wait for your appointment isn't very long. My mom has gone to this eye doctor since she was 18 and has never had any problems in the many years she has gone to him. Still there have been no problems with the staff, wait, or time to get glasses.

Her answering service got to her; told her what was happening to me, and she immediately drove back to Rockford to open her office for just me, and helped me regain my sight. I was so happy to have an economical solution for my prescription sunglasses! I walked out the door with my sunglasses in less then an hour for less than $50. The service was great!
