I had specific questions about cat food and the first person I asked didn't know the answers, so instead of just brushing me off, they found an associate who was knowledgeable in the area. The second associate was able to answer my questions and wasn't pushy about selling me something I didn't need. On another visit, my animal loving daughter had a ton of questions about the various animals there and instead of brushing her off, the associates were enthusiastic and helpful to her. There were more cat items than I anticipated them having and prices were very reasonable. Aside from all the pet merchandise, they also host events and classes and owners often bring their pets with them to the store. Check out is efficient and well staffed. Overall, a great place to shop for all your pet care needs.

I've been getting him groomed a long time. I know what a freshly groomed face looks and smells like. Photos 1&2 show Petsmart 6/1/25. Third photo shows groomed in the past by another place. I expressed to the manager I was not happy with his face. He said grooming was not his expertise, therefore we went to speak with Suzy. She was condescending, as if I don't know that tear stains can't be removed easily, and as though that were the problem. He looked and smelled as if nothing was done to his face. Worst money I spent on a groom. Don't use them for the manager's response and a groomer that looks as if she hates her job and the customers. Bye Suzy H.! Update...customer service is just as bad. They promise to get back to you in 48 hours and never did. I guess that's why the groomers and managers are as bad as they are. I will spend my money else where. Sorry my dog had to endure this. Not only are the wait times absolutely ridiculous it's because your dogs sit in a cage for hours on end before they get touched. The safety conditions for your pets should be your number 1 concern for the reason that in this specific location the building is FULL of BLACK MOLD that the owners know about but continue to cover up because it saves them money. The employees have been seen screaming tugging and sometimes hitting your pets because they are not "cooperating" to there standards These people will make promises to you that they cannot keep and turn it around on you to make it seem like youre the problem. When you leave or even pull into the lot they talk about you mock you make fun of your body type and say all types of mean nasty things about the people who come in there and pay for a service just for it to 9/10 be wrong or just not what you wanted at all. I pray for those of you who never see this review but all I can say is the employees and bosses are absolutely disgusting people who only care about your money NOT your dogs.

Our cat Roo stayed at Puppourri Pet Resort from September 26-29, 2025, and when we picked her up,…read moreshe had a large untreated wound across her upper back and neck. We had to rush her straight to the emergency vet because she was bleeding, in pain, and terrified. The manager later admitted that Roo was kept isolated and wasn't given her prescribed daily medication while she was there. We were never called or informed that anything had happened to her. No one reached out to tell us that our cat was hurt, covered in blood, and needed medical care. The emergency vet confirmed that her injury was serious and required immediate treatment. She now needs her bandages changed and wound care every two days, and we still don't know how long it will take for her to heal. So far, we've spent over $2,000 trying to save her. We've filed complaints with the PA Department of Agriculture (Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement), the local SPCA/Humane Law Enforcement, and other agencies, and are pursuing legal action so no other family or pet has to go through something like this. Please double-check that any boarding facility you trust with your pets is licensed, inspected, and properly trained to handle medication and emergencies. Our sweet Roo is suffering, and we just want to make sure what happened to her never happens again.
