Danger!! I have two…read moredogs, both of whom have gone to Unleashed since I rescued them in Jan 2017 and Aug 2018. My little one, a ten year old Bichon Frise, has been grievously injured there twice. The first time was on Dec 30. She was attacked by a large dog, required surgery, came home with multiple drains in her neck and body. After that attack, I was told that they were increasing from three to five the number of dog "groupings" to group them by not just temperament but by size as well. I was also told there was additional staff training and that they were increasing dog supervision staffing. That clearly did not happen. Yesterday, my dog was attacked again. I was told it was by a Golden. My little dog was in with much larger dogs. She came home from surgery with twenty-seven staples across four wounds, which were each two inches long. While I was waiting at the vet, I was aghast to see a just-posted review by Jason, whose beagle was attacked there twice, in February and the day before my dog's most recent attack. That's four in five months: Dec, Feb, two days in a row in May. Why does Unleashed refuse to keep small dogs separate from large dogs? While it's true that Unleashed covered the vet bills, this utter disregard for pet safety is reprehensible. I reported the most recent incident to Fulton County Animal Control last night; they took a thorough report. I am also pursuing this with Animal Protection/Dep't of Ag, the agency that licenses kennels, groomers, daycares, etc. My beloved pets will never again go to Unleashed. I believe they should be shut down unless they make meaningful changes to keep safe the dogs in their care. Allowing large dogs to commingle with small dogs is a recipe for heartbreak and disaster. They knew after the Dec 30 attack on my dog that it was a problem, yet did nothing - thus allowing three more attack incidents. Shameful. There may have been other attacks that I'm not aware of. I'm not one to post reviews, good or bad, but people should know - especially if their dogs are small - that Unleashed is not a safe facility.

I was VERY specific online in the profile that I had to create, as well as in person the morning that I dropped him off, that I ONLY wanted the hair around his eyes and butt trimmed. When I arrived to pick him up at 3:30pm that afternoon, after just having a 90 minute full body massage, I was a bit out of it, and was in shock when I saw Dallas. He had been shaved down to his coat!!!! I was rightfully upset and expressed my concerns to the SUPER unprofessional, Manager, on duty! She did not apologize nor refund my money. I went the next day, and showed the SUPER unprofessional attendant, "Deshawn '' and he took photos of Dallas and asked me to "give him a few minutes" so I stepped outside. I came back in and he said that he called "Mia" and she said "you were rude yesterday" and he could not do anything. I was only "rude" AFTER she was blatantly nonchalant with regard to what they DID to my dog. It is WINTER and they (Courtney Fields) took all his fur off and WITHOUT my approval. So much so that his ears are no longer covered, and his sweaters DO NOT FIT HIM. In addition the cut IS VERY uneven, especially around his eyes and neck. My poor baby. Mia is incredibly rude and they have not issued my refund. I have attached before and after photos of my dog as well as the filth that was around the front office area. SO DIRTY!!! If I requested a FULL refund of $66.00 by the end of business on Tuesday, December 26th, 2023, and have not heard from anyone. DO NOT GO HERE! I am going to file a civil complaint in Fulton County if I do not get my FULL refund.

Trust me, this is actually a tougher feat than you might imagine. When I first called, they said their groomer was not there. About half an hour later, they called me back saying he had come in unexpectedly. Yay! I rushed over. Service was very friendly here. Location was convenient. I had my dog get a summer cut and he looked sooo good when he was done. They even put a bow tie on his neck, and sprayed him with cologne. He smelled so good, and even a day later you could still smell the cologne on him. The groomer said my dog was such a delight that he would be happy to groom him any Sunday I needed. What great service! This store also carries various types of dog food, both refrigerated and non-refrigerated. You can also pick up some mats, treats, bedding, toys, you name it! So it's a great comprehensive store for your pet needs. I am glad I found this place, and would happily return.

The Owner is not interested in customer service, or good business practices for that matter. The prices keep going up, and it seems like every time we groom our dog they have a new reason to charge more. They say it's because our dog has some matting and it takes more time. Well, yeah, he has soft fine hair and it's going to matt. It's happened his whole life. They know this, he's been grooming there since 4 months. Mind you, our schnauzer is an indoor dog that lives a better life than many human beings. There's no lack of care or consideration on our part, we groom him regularly at home, with the products Fido's sold us, but it's just the nature of his hair. It started off being $5 extra, then $10 extra, then $15 extra, with no end in sight. The last time we groomed him he had the least amount of mats ever, yet they charged the biggest up charge ever. When we asked them to not perform a certain part of the grooming about a year ago, we never saw a discount for that. So this only works in their favor. As a courtesy, and a genuine attempt to avoid leaving, we tried discuss the issue with the owner before just walking away and she was very dismissive, defensive, and argumentative. She didn't make the slightest attempt to keep a customer of several years happy, a faithful customer that spends a lot more than the few dollars she's arguing about. It makes no business sense that during a pandemic business owners are treating their customers this way. It makes no mathematical sense when you add up what we spend in a year, against what this petty up charge gets them. When our original groomer at Fido's, Jack, still worked there not only did the grooming look amazing but he never charged extra. After that we've had a couple new groomers and it seems like they get to decide if they're going to charge more. Bad business model for a customer. And, unfortunately, the quality of the grooming has gone down as well over time. There are groomers all over town, so onto the next one.

From missed appointments to poor customer service, this company has proven to be incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. First and foremost, there were multiple occasions when the service simply failed to show up without any prior notification. I would block off my schedule, only to find out that no one would be arriving. Frustratingly, I had to reach out repeatedly to find out what had happened, and it seemed like they could not care less about my time or my pets' needs. On the rare occasions they did show up, it was usually without any communication. No call or text to confirm their arrival. It felt like they thought I was only supposed to be readily available for them. Their lack of accountability and communication simply added to the frustration. Even more infuriating was the fact that I was charged for services not rendered. I was shocked to see charges on my account for days when no one had come to clean up. When I brought this to their attention, the customer service was abysmal. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a refund, I was met with dismissiveness and vague responses. It was almost as if they were trained to avoid responsibility. Overall, I cannot recommend Poop 911 pet waste removal. The service is unreliable, the customer support is atrocious, and the overall experience has left me feeling taken advantage of. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a company that values its customers and provides the service they promise.

She was ready to come home in just a couple hours. The groomer came out at the end and was really really nice and helpful. Our girl had a new necklace on too! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

From a Longtime Customer -- Very Disappointed in How This Was Handled…read more We began using Couture Pet Grooming in December 2023 after my mother's elderly Black Labrador mix, Thunder, came to live with us in Southern California. For approximately 30 months, we were very satisfied with the grooming services Thunder received. Until this incident, I would have gladly given Couture five stars and recommended them to others. Unfortunately, our experience involving a future boarding reservation completely changed my opinion. We arranged for Couture to board Thunder for an upcoming family vacation. We were quoted $455 for seven nights plus one day of daycare, with a 50% deposit required to hold the reservation. On June 25, 2026--approximately 120 days before the scheduled boarding--I paid $255 by Zelle, which was actually more than the requested 50% deposit. Tragically, Thunder's health deteriorated significantly. At approximately 15 years old, he could no longer stand or move normally and was experiencing several age-related health problems. After consultation with family and Animal Control, we made the extremely difficult and humane decision to have Thunder put to sleep on August 3, 2026. The following day, approximately 83 days before the scheduled boarding, we notified Couture of Thunder's death, cancelled the reservation, and requested the return of our $255 deposit. We were told: "The deposit is non refundable. We keep deposit to hold dates and it is non refundable." This was extremely disappointing. In the boarding correspondence we received before paying the deposit, we were told that a 50% deposit was required to hold the dates, but we were not told that the deposit was nonrefundable. Had that condition been clearly disclosed to me beforehand, I would not have paid $255 approximately four months in advance. I subsequently requested a receipt and invoice regarding the transaction and was told one would be provided. As of the date of this review, I have not received it. This is especially difficult because we were not cancelling for convenience or because our vacation plans changed. Thunder died. We cancelled approximately 83 days before his scheduled stay. I recognize and appreciate the satisfactory grooming services Couture provided Thunder over the years. Unfortunately, the way this final matter was handled after the death of a longtime customer's pet has overshadowed those positive experiences. Our family lost a beloved companion. Under these circumstances, and based on how our $255 deposit was handled, I can no longer recommend Couture Pet Grooming.

Small disclaimer- stopped by petco before coming here and there selection was pretty lame and overpriced. Upon arrival I was greeted asap & the woman working was SO helpful! She helped me pick out a great harness, even sized my pup for a great fit. The help was extremely appreciated! I knew what I wanted coming in but the guidance in picking out the right one was something I didn't know I needed. Great and friendly staff! Will definitely be back based on customer service alone.
