Long story short, these guys refused to let this trombone defeat them. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable in my opinion. They also did a repair on the case and fixed a small dent in the tuning slide. I will not hesitate to go back there in the future. John has been paid, the bass is not fixed, that's not doing the right thing and it's not respecting your customer. I wish I had gone somewhere else, this was a horrible experience.
