I have had some injuries…read morewhich caused me severe pain and I don't take any special medications to manage them, I simply endure the pain from them and do my best to keep fit (a challenge after a car accident I had last year which caused me to have a lot of nerve pain and limited ROM). I hadn't found a massage therapist or physical therapist since I came to Oklahoma and after searching for weeks, reading countless reviews and bio's, I finally found a terrific therapist here at Pilates Plus - Sean Coffey! His bio says it all: "Sean Coffey has been producing results with muscle recovery and pain relief for over 10 years. He has worked with hundreds of clients over the years such as Olympic athletes, championship teams and people that just want to relax. Sean will do his best to help your body feel better so you can perform better." This is exactly what you will get and so much more working with Sean. He is knowledgeable in so many areas of sports therapy and pain relief. He is sympathetic to those who have gone through multiple injuries and has a great bedside manner. He has the strength that many need and the sensitivity to know how to push the client when it is needed and when to lessen the intensity. Simply put - he will work with you to help you feel better! I have worked with countless therapist in the past 15yrs and he is in the top 3 of them all, so trust me when I say to you it is very much worth going to see him, no matter if you have had an injury or just want to relax and ease some tension this hectic world brings our way. I personally have scheduled two months of therapy with him and have not regretted one second of my decision. Don't waste your time and money on massage sessions with technicians who are fresh out of school, who won't even be there the next appointment you decide to schedule because they've moved on (something that happens quite often with new therapists), or even worse; having to work only around their schedule (I experienced this at Massage Envy far too many time to count), which often limits your relaxation and/or recovery. Don't be limited by corporate standards by new technicians who provide lackluster service. Instead, come see Sean Coffey and be treated well and given the support and encouragement you need! You'll receive competent care and know that your money is well spent.

I literally stumbled upon Sean and I am SO thankful I did. I walked in there full of pain and walked out feeling so much relief. He was very thoughtful-- he focused on my individual needs and worked on my neck and shoulders where I was experiencing the most pain. He helped me get range of motion back into my neck. What a difference I'm feeling! I'm definitely booking another massage with him.

There is a food cooler to purchase healthy meals and snacks from. However, you might need to take a machine wipe to the tables because they're sometimes dirty. Parking is plenty, and the locker rooms are always clean enough. The water fountains are not very good and they sometimes are cold and sometimes room temp. Bring your own water to avoid this. Lots of activities and amenities included. I suggest trying a day for free and experiencing it yourself!
