You alternate which side you go to about 2x. On the floor side there are weights and a bench, and you follow the screen and Candace or a different instructor coaches you. The bag side obviously you follow the screw and hit the bags and do some combo moves as well as some floor work for abs. The class overall is fun and lasts for 45mins. If you love kickboxing and boxing classes, you will love Runble. You will need to wrap your hands and wrist and either rent gloves or buy if you're a regular. They offer filtered water at this location and lockers with combination available. There's also an app you can download to book classes. Rumble is located in the old En Croute building.

Vicky is very accommodating to both my Fitness level and my injury. It's challenging, changing and high energy. For those folks that don't like to run; this is the place to go for cardio. You may run a little on occasion but I have never been here and been bored. She does weights, kettle bells, dumb bells, bands, TRX, and my favorite punching the bag.
