Very modern, chic hotel. The breakfast is great but cold beverages are served at room temperature which is different.
The staff is polite and friendly. My room was replenished with two free bottles of water after every cleaning. Room service was quick and the food was good although they didn't have my first choice of dessert on more than one occasion. Also, I found the room phone hard to use. At times it wouldn't connect with either the front desk or room service.
The water closet could use an exhaust fan. The bathroom scale was a nice touch since we were determined to eat nutritious food while also doing a lot of walking around Lisbon. I wish there was a mail service for sending postcards, etc. As a digital designer I liked the room being fully automated.
Overall it's a decent boutique hotel. The rooftop pool/lounge bar/ gym sets it apart. read more
