Our rentals included room rental, AV rental, and either lunch or a happy hour afterward with food. Upon arrival, each time, everything was set up according to our request. We had a small internet issue during the first meeting, but it was QUICKLY resolved by their team (no internet issues in subsequent meetings). The food, no matter the occasion, was excellent every time. I received many accolades from colleagues on the menu choices and the quality of the food. The staff could not be friendlier or more accommodating. Every person we have encountered over the past year has provided stellar service and gave us a wonderful experience, which is why we have chosen to return. I highly recommend this location for business meetings and events!

Close to food and shopping (either walk or quick drive). I travel for business and have had significant issues at 2 other Hilton properties. No issues here. Friendly and accommodating staff. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is similar to Hampton or Garden with a twist. Fresh hot breakfast bowls and hot breakfast sandwiches ready to go. I unfortunately did not take in any of the other amenities, but will definitely be back, next time I need to visit Cranberry for work!

Fitness Center adequate with enough machines and free weights for most crowds. No microwave in rooms. Adequate parking lot with lots of spaces available even later in the day. While the exterior looks modern and welcoming, the interiors are... eeek. Hallway carpet looks worn, furnishings feel dated, lighting is harsh and yellow, and the wall A/C is loud. Outlets/USBs are scarce, the bathrooms show their age (tired grout/fixtures), and the overall vibe is musty and tired--not the clean, crisp feel you expect from Courtyard. Staff were pleasant and the location is convenient with easy parking, but that can't make up for rooms that no longer meet Marriott standards. At current rates, the value just isn't there until a top-to-bottom refresh happens. I'd happily return after a renovation; until then, I'll stay at the Marriott next door. It was updated a couple years ago.

Check-in was seamless, and my Status was recognized. My room was the standard SpringHill Suites layout and had enough space to work, stretch, and store my luggage. The room did have a slight musty smell to it, and the Room Climate Control was louder than I liked. The grounds have a pool and a fitness room with plenty of space to work out. Outside the pool area is a small outside area with tables and chairs. Parking is in the parking structure right next to the hotel and is free for guests. Although the barriers were during my stay, you can use your room key if needed for in and out privileges. The hotel's location is great if you plan on dining out or exploring the downtown area. Shops, restaurants, government buildings and other businesses are located within walking distance of the hotel. The free breakfast included hot and cold choices as well as other standard SpringHill Suites offerings. On the morning of my stay, I had scrambled eggs, a couple of hard-boiled eggs and bacon strips. The staff are great and helpful, and overall I had a problem-free stay.

There was hair in the bathtub that clearly wasn't mine, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Another problem came the next morning after returning from a run, I found the shower water was completely cold. I reported it, and while maintenance did resolve it by resetting the hot water system, it took about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I was on a tight schedule and had to take an extremely quick, cold shower to make it to the event I had booked the hotel for. Between the cleanliness issue and the inconvenience of the cold water, the experience fell short of expectations. Given these problems, I believe some form of reimbursement would be appropriate.

A lovely porch to relax on, beautiful countryside & we enjoyed a sushi dinner in New Castle at a newer restaurant called Le Resto! Fabulous & a beautiful restaurant in a beautiful interior . Service was outstanding!! Beds are very comfortable & the house is nicely decorated & very clean!! This beautiful B & B also has a massage therapist available for an extra fee. Tours & lots of things to do & see in the area. Stopped at the Apple Castle for apples, peaches, honey, snacks & jam! Located in delightful Amish Country! We just had the opportunity to stay at this quaint B&B over the weekend for a family cousins…read morereunion. The owner Lisa was so welcoming and tended to our every need. We were 9 people which occupied most of the accommodations and we were treated like we were in our own home. The rooms and the house is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We were treated to home cooked breakfast, and freshly made Amish donuts. The house is right in the middle of The Amish with horse and buggy's, fields of corn and cows and horses. We would highly recommend staying at this establishment and would definitely stay again in the future. This is definitely a find!
