It is by reservation only, which is done online and you pay online ahead of time as well, which makes for enjoyable experience the day of, not worrying about the check, tip, etc. You get unlimited tea, and there are hot and iced varieties. I started with the mango passion fruit green tea and then finished the experience with the iced raspberry hibiscus -- you can switch it up as much as you want. The savories consisted of a red pepper quiche, spinach artichoke cups, cucumber Boursin sandwiches and almond chicken salad croissants. The standard tea includes one scone per person and I highly recommend ordering extra -- they're phenomenal and are served with strawberry jam and clotted cream. Our desserts were a raspberry lemon pound cake, chocolate and vanilla macarons and a vanilla custard in a pie crust cup with a fresh raspberry on top. Everything was amazing and they rotate menus seasonally. Children are permitted but it's the same menu and price for them, just FYI. I'll definitely return and recommend to others for special occasions or no occasion at all.

We all tried several teas which we all enjoyed. The food, also gluten free food, was all delicious. Staff was courteous.

From bridal showers to baby showers to my sorority senior tea or going with my mother in law I have had my share of experiences and I e never left disappointed. They provide you with a 3 tiered plate of options from savory to sweet. Also the option of coffee OR tea. The waiter does a great job describing each dish/item on the menu so you know what to expect. My recommendation is to change up the menu more often. Like I said earlier, I've been there multiple times and it's been the same thing every time. Their good dishes, but wouldn't be a bad thing to switch it up.

Masks are required and seats are separated per CDC guidelines. Even so, the space felt well used and intimate. Our waiter was Ryan and he is a southern gentleman. Not sure if his from the south, but he is extremely kind, accommodating, and attentive. Thank you for all your hard work. The location is just off a private neighborhood. You would never expect it to be there, but there is plenty of parking. The parking area is all gravel, so ladies careful is your wearing heels. Outside the house is a cute seating area. Great for pictures! Once inside you are greeting by the owner/event coordinator whom shows you to your room. If you need anything she is your go to person. She made sure we had almond milk for our lactose guest, she helped hide my parents for a 2nd surprise for our guest of honor, and most importantly she ensured the entire event went smoothly. We requested a backdrop be hung and she made sure i The food may seem light, but we were filled. You have to ask for sugar and milk. Each new tea and coffee order came with a new hot pot of water for your tea or pot with coffee. There is a cute gift shop inside too. Their tea is so delicious I had to get some. Very reasonable priced as well.

They researched, emailed, called, collected proposals, and vetted every vendor before presenting us options. They handled all communication and coordination with vendors all the way up to the wedding day. These two have such a feel for design. They used colors, textures, lighting, and accents to create the overall "modern boho, earthy vibe", we envisioned. They captured the very essence of our personalities, it was literally "so us!" Our favorite part of the planning process was our dinner & drinks where we hung out for hours catching up and discussing wedding plans. We became genuine friends throughout our time working together. They were always a text or call away. Sarah even saved the day when 2 vendors backed out, due to covid, a week before the wedding. A situation that would have made any couple breakdown, Sarah was quick to suggest solutions and had everything back on track by the end of the day!! Everything they did was absolutely above and beyond. Everything they touched turned to gold. IRIE was worth every cent we spent.

While the exterior looks modern and welcoming, the interiors are... eeek. Hallway carpet looks worn, furnishings feel dated, lighting is harsh and yellow, and the wall A/C is loud. Outlets/USBs are scarce, the bathrooms show their age (tired grout/fixtures), and the overall vibe is musty and tired--not the clean, crisp feel you expect from Courtyard. Staff were pleasant and the location is convenient with easy parking, but that can't make up for rooms that no longer meet Marriott standards. At current rates, the value just isn't there until a top-to-bottom refresh happens. I'd happily return after a renovation; until then, I'll stay at the Marriott next door. It was updated a couple years ago.

I used the mobile check-in feature, so I never had the opportunity to interact with the hotel staff. The hotel's common areas were clean but felt somewhat dated and worn from frequent use. I would hope a remodel or refresh is planned soon. The room was spacious and clean. Although there seemed to be quite a few other guests, it was quiet, with walls thick enough to filter out noise from neighboring rooms. I only stayed for one night. Nothing stood out as exceptional, but I also had no complaints or concerns. I would stay here again if I were in the area.
