3.5 really, but for the location, I'll bump it up to 4 stars.
Walls aren't very sound-proof here, as you can hear people in the hallway and upstairs as well. It's especially hard to sleep when you can hear the person upstairs brushing their teeth, showering, and coughing at 5-6 in the morning. Also, it can be a little noisy in the streets since it is quite a busy area.
Other than that, everything else is pretty good. Service is friendly and they always greet you whether you are going back to the room or leaving to explore. They do ask to keep the room key at the front desk, which is good and bad. Good - you won't lose the key. Bad - I typically don't like employees having access to our room.... Oh well, it's policy.
They are located on the third floor, and they do have a small, old, but functioning elevator. They also serve breakfast here in the mornings until 10 or 11 am, so be sure to take advantage of it before you set out. Very basic stuff - croissant/pastries, juice, coffee, yogurt, ham/salami, cheese, hardboiled egg.
Location is good because it's close to the train station and fairly easy to find along the busy street. Everything is within a 20 minute walking radius. read more
