Their dining room consists of four tables with six chairs, two tables with four chairs and two tables with two chairs. There are three TV screens. The chairs have cushions for extra comfort. I ordered their LunchBox deal which is a slice and a salad plus stix but I didn't ask for the bread. That deal is only $7. Add a soda and tax and it's still only $10. That's a pretty sweet deal these days. Both the salad and the slice of cheese pizza were excellent. The salad comes with lettuce, mozzarella, pepperoni, banana peppers, and tomatoes. My choice of dressing was their Balsamic Vinaigrette which was good too. Service was great as well. Step up to the counter and get waited on immediately, find a table and they bring your food out pronto. read more

I ordered a "build your own". I initially gave them a 4 star on doordash; however, I realized it wasn't only the dough that was chewy, but the sausage and "meet balls" were super dried out and tasted like dried out hamburger, not sausage at all. This is odd for hotbox pizza. Everything else was okay on the pizza (pepperoni, olives, etc.). Yeah the sausage ruined it for me. It was grainy and chewy, not fresh at all and over cooked. First time trying the place out and the pizza and cheese sticks were good! They gave me enough time to order and I didn't feel rushed at all trying to order and the staff seemed very nice! We love hotbox, I actually prefer it over all the other pizza place selections. We ordered the pie of the week which was ranch chicken and he cheesy bread which is my favorite breadstick. The service wasn't as pleasant as normal and the cheesy bread was a little hard but it won't stop us from going back. read more

Good pizza, good service and good deals! Every Friday is pizza night at our house and HotBox is always in the mix. They have my wife's favorite breadsticks so that's always Win. My favorite part of ordering from HotBox is that they will (actually depends on which manager I was told) throw my meat toppings on as close to only 2 pieces as possible. My wife and son only eat cheese pizza and I only eat a couple so the effort on their part is a big deal to me! I always pay for the full half order of toppings, but I just ask them to keep it to about a quarter of the pizza. I completely understand that some managers are willing to do this whole others don't. I just don't understand why it's a problem if I pay for the half side of the pizzas toppings. VERY IMPORTANT!! Do not let my unique situation deter you from ordering HotBox!! You would be missing out on some great pizza, and pizza that is without a doubt way way way better than the giant chains like Papa's, Domino's and Pizza Hut. read more

The food is great but a little high priced first there competitors unless you use the specials that they offer. My local store seems to make random mistakes on about half my orders. Last order we were missing half of our dipping sauces. Also have to get sure that if you're paying with cash the delivery drivers don't always carry change can be difficult. read more

HotBox has a great online ordering system for those too lazy to pick up the phone. Their delivery time has been very reasonable and within 30 minutes almost every time. Their prices are comparable to other pizza places, although when customizing your pie it may get a bit pricey. There's not much to say about HotBox, for those looking for reliable pizza, this is the place for you. Love the food. Pie of the week is always the best deal ever. Unfortunately the people working behind the counter are not so good. As I'm sitting there with my family we hear cursing and horseplay going on. After the third or fourth f-bomb I asked if they could ease up on the language as we were trying to eat. I called Hot Box and a very nice guy answers and listens to me explain what I'm doing... My addy is in IL, you're in IN... Just tell my dad to take the pizza and happy father's day! Yay! lol! He was totally understanding and said that he would make sure it was all taken care of! I also put a note in the online web order that said the same thing for the delivery person. I think the same guy must have delivered the pizza cuz he read the note to dad when he delivered the pizza telling him that it's not a mistake and that the pizza was really for him! Everyone got a kick out of it and I love that Hot Box was so accommodating! Now, I didn't get to taste the pizza, but my parents said it was better than any of the other pizza that they usually get around them. This is my second time having this pizza and I really love it. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and this place would be great to have! Also, I grew up in Indiana and it's known for having cheese sauce for breadsticks and pizza, but in Ohio I get looked at like I'm crazy for asking for cheese sauce! I will give HotBox as an entire organization 5 stars, but the Greenwood location which I wished to get for years after moving here is a garbage can. The bread sticks I ordered last came as if they had not even been cooked. My pies have been mediocre at best from this location. Love their Dixie Chicken pizza and breadstick with cheese(nacho). I save their plastic cups and don't mind pitching then when necessary. I have quite the collection forming. We love the great deal of the Pie of the Week and we are usually pretty happy with the taste of everything however the customer service can be really hit or miss. Sometimes we get great customer service and other times......we don't. We've actually cancelled an order because of the bad customer service, delivery. We would definitely order from them more often, (instead of other places because we really do like how the pizza tastes), but it's hard for me to give my money to people with bad crappy attitudes. read more

I was really excited about a new pizza option in Center Grove. Was super disappointed in their very limited delivery area which does not include most of CG after all. So I work in an ER where it is hard to leave and get food which I why I always go for delivery. I ordered from Hot Box on 05/27/2017 at 8:30pm and my order was $11.54 after everything had been added in and a $2 tip included. I received my order and was super satisfied with the customer service and, price and quality of the food. I ordered again from the same Hotbox and my order of $10.58 is deducted out of my account. I get a call from Jonah who says my order cant be delivered unless I order more food even though my money had already been deducted! I proceeded to give him the transaction number from the night before and told him they didn't tell me that when they delivered my food last night. I asked to speak to the manager and he informed me that he was the manager. (How Sad!) He then told me there was a $10 minimum order and I had to buy more food. When I questioned how they delivered the other order he said it was the managers decision that they get to make. I stated that he was deciding whether or not it was ok for me to get my food and he told me Yes and that he did not have the time or resources to deliver my food. Well thank you Jonah for being so rude. I sure hope if you are ever in need of medical care you don't have to meet a certain quota to get it like I do to get a lunch from you. My entire ER uses Hotbox but not for long. You don't have the time and resources to deliver me food you charged me for then I don't have the time to order from your establishment. read more
