The peppers were served in a yuzu like sauce and were ok but not necessarily something I would go out of my way ordering. The bao buns with their diced duck had an excellent sauce and were well worth it. When it came to my main, I had the inferno ramen which contrary to the name was probably a 4/10 on the spice level and was served with a side of chilli oil if you wanted to up the spice level yourself. Poached egg was nice touch in the ramen and the broth was flavorful. Overall well worth the visit.
