As usual if it's not your buck typically there's no care involved. So I paid almost 2 dollars a minute to tan. Honestly pretty disappointed I've been tanning with this branch for a long time. I canceled my membership last year it's honestly it's a nightmare to get the contract canceled. So I opted for a single tan. if you work in 48 states Like I do... You'll discover .... every location is different. You never get what you paid for. Every location is a franchise and they're all different so if you have a maxed out package walking into a new location they will not give you what you paid for you'll get mid tier at best. Somehow in the future I wish you guys could get a system that would collaborate and tie all your franchises in. That way your customers truly get what they paid for instead of copious amounts of disappointment. Please do better.

I tanned her for an entire month straight and ended up having to go somewhere else because I wasn't getting results. They need some serious updating.

The stand up bed is on wheels so you literally have to roll it together to open and close it. Their "power bed" has bulbs on the top only. The bottom is covered in some type of mattress that you lay on. You literally have to turn over in order to tan both sides of your body. Because I signed up for a monthly membership (which I was told could be cancelled at anytime) I chalked it up to a loss due to the fact I didn't look at their 1990 tanning beds before purchasing a membership. However, after attempting to cancel I was told a "certified letter" must be sent to their physical address. I explained to the lady I only live a few minutes away and I would be happy to drop a letter by but she said that would not work; it had to be sent via certified mail.
