Fast forward to the next day, she texts her, sends pictures of her hair and the owner gives her a quote, shortly after the owner contacts my wife and said someone canceled and she has the day open but my wife decided she didn't one of the colors she had originally asked the quote for so the owner, knowing it would be far less expensive told my wife she no longer had time to do her hair that she should go somewhere else that she doesn't do poor peoples hair. During the pandemic my wife and I have used almost exclusively small businesses owners for everything we do knowing that a lot are struggling but this one was very unprofessional and disrespectful. We do not recommend using this place due to the unprofessional and disrespectful experience.
