They do a really great job of listening to what you want and turning it into something that looks amazing, be it with hair, brows, or whatever. (FTR, I'm absolutely heartbroken that James moved away!) For the longest time, this was the only place I'd even let *touch* my brows. They don't hack them away into a too-thin strip like a lot of places do, and that's perfect. I prefer mine looking natural and, well, like eyebrows! It's in a really cute little house next to the Austin Avenue neighborhood, and it's very calm and relaxing inside. My biggest regret with this place is that I have zero hair-doing skills whatsoever, so the second I have to do my hair myself--whooooa nellie. For the day after I get it done, though, it always looks fantastic! Go here. You won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, the experience was the exact opposite of relaxing and left me much more stressed than when I walked in. When I arrived, I pointed directly to the 30-minute option on their service chart. The guy brought me back, but during the session, it felt like it was running long. When I asked about the time, there was a significant language barrier, so he used a translation app and informed me it was actually an hour-long session. I reiterated that I had specifically requested and agreed to 30 minutes, at which point he stopped the massage. When I got to the register, I was charged for the full hour. Frustrated and just wanting to leave, I paid the bill. During checkout, the guy aggressively pushed for a tip--even though tips are optional--standing there, laughing sarcastically, and talking about me to another employee when I declined to tip due to the poor service and billing issue. **It feels like this business takes advantage of customers with unclear pricing or communication barriers. I do not recommend coming here if you want an honest, stress-free experience**
