The weather in oklahoma is a cold flurry mix and if I didn't love my dog soooo much, I wouldn't left my home today! The old navy is next door to petsmart so I decided to stop. The store is practically empty with the exception of three customers and myself. The staff are working (talking to each other) and never greeted me or even turn a head in my direction. That's cool because I wan to look quickly and get out. I find a shirt and go straight to the cashier. Someone is ahead of me being rung up and another cashier is working on clothing he looks directly at me and looks down without a smile or word.. I just wait patiently for the cashier to finish with the customer ahead, she finishes I step up she turns her back and starts taking clothes out of a bottom bin and talking to the other cashier. At this point I'm still standing with items to check out and haven't been acknowledged. Oh well, I leave the clothes at the register and walk out. What's with people now a days. I had money to spend but had never been in the store and had a single question. She was so rude that I walked away with plenty of money on the table. Horrible experience. This company has what appears to be reasonably priced attire for professionals, as well as great casual clothing. The manager at the Sooner Mall location was crass and rude. She did not show any interest in a customer who can afford what she wants but had a single question to ask. Torrid, you will probably get my money now that I am acquainted with your clothing, but I will go out of my way to never get this manager a bonus or sales even though her store is the closest to me.

Was turned away from door before 6, argued with until 6 and then turned away again because "it's 6…read morenow" At outlet location 3011 I arrived to return a single item before it closed. The lady locked the door as I approached, even though it was before 6, then argued about nothing for 5 minutes, then said "oh, well look at that it's after 6". Astonishingly bad customer service. Tried shoving her watch, which didn't say it was 6 yet, in my face, but hit the door because it was closed in front of her (?). The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would have been out of there by 6 easy, I had the receipt and it ready to go.

I don't like classic fit because it's so... balloony, with the excess fabric and the flappy arm sleeves. Also, their ties are nice. I have a lot of their ties. Way too many ties. Always stocking up on ties. I don't even use the ones I buy because they get added to the pile of ties that I may wear. Eventually. Thankfully, I get discounts from friends who work at the Outlet Shoppes, so at least I'm not bankrupting myself buying clothes. I picked out two shirts and went to check out. The girl at the cash register rang up a bill for a bit over $50. She explained to us that somehow, I had picked out two shirts that didn't belong on the clearance shelf. Weird... there were several of each of the styles/patterns I'd picked out in that shelf. She looked shocked when I said "Yeah, no thanks." I call shenanigans.
