Around Christmas last year, I received a gift card to Teena Hicks Company to get a custom-fitted…read moresport coat. I waited most of the year to use it but finally scheduled an appointment with Teena, the owner. When I arrived, she was pulled in a few different directions, so her son, James, stepped in to help. I don't want to sound overly dramatic, but the entire experience was incredible. James's attention to detail, understanding of what I was looking for, and ability to guide me through options that would actually add to my wardrobe were excellent. He took his time, answered all my (very uninformed) questions, and made the process comfortable and enjoyable. I was honest about how far out of my comfort zone I was, and he couldn't have been more patient or professional. I know custom-fitted, high-quality clothing can be an investment, but when you're ready to purchase something that's perfectly selected and fitted for you, this is the place to go. Top-notch experience in every way--outstanding people, exceptional quality, and genuine hospitality.

All incredible quality and selected with expert advice and very reasonable prices for the quality. This was a few years ago, and the quality of the items still shows. Yesterday I was at Reagan National Airport and an acquaintance came up and said, "New suit?" Someone else commented, "Nice tie." I tell people about this little gem in downtown OKC.

First off. I absolutely Love this store, shop here OFTEN! Our kids are dressed from mainly here!…read moreBut recently, I go in and I'm amazed at the LACK of friendliness and helpfulness. So sad because country folk are generally the most hospitable people around. Not here. Went in today, not 1 single person said hi or even acknowledged me being there shopping.. sooo many employees around too! Even the manager just stood around. I don't Like leaving negative reviews, but this should change! The environment should be where people are happy to be at work and it would show on their faces if so! I have worked retail and know how this works! I smiled directly at multiple employees only for them to look away. So sad. Management needs to create a better atmosphere for their employees! Please do better. We will keep coming for we love the products, but it shouldn't be awkward to shop at a place like this!

First, they have crazy insane high prices…read more Second, you're supposed to get points for each purchase and that didn't happen after I made an in-store purchase and since the two girls giggling (while flirting with one of the male employees at the counter) had no idea what the I was talking about, beats the out of me. I have an online account and was going to add the receipt, but there's no place on the site to add one, nor is there a place that even shows points, but I've been told by several people that they give points for each purchase. If not, then I'm going to return the jeans I purchased and go buy them at my regular place (Boot Barn), that does give points each time I buy something. I just happen to be driving by Tener's since I was in the area of Reno in Okc. I doubt very seriously that I'll be back (besides returning the jeans for a refund), unless they can fix this issue. On a sidenote. Coupons that they send you are only good online apparently, not in store. My regular store (Boot Barn) allows you to use your coupons online or in store.
