I was looking for a 3XL tee-shirt and I asked one of the associates to in the back to if there additional 3XL tee-shirts, he went to the back to check. Let me mention I did have one tee-shirt in my hand already to purchase along with any others they would have found in the back. This is where the issue begins Alex (new store manager) say hi and asked what I was looking for "I told him 3XL tee-shirt" . His quick response was "we do not carry 3XL in the store, sorry". I was taken back by that response especially since I was holding a 3XL tee-shirt in my to purchase. His quick response again was "that must have been a return ". At this point I am feeling like he has no desire to assist me, unfortunate but a true feeling at that moment. I took a few minutes to walk around and decided I need to tell Alex (new store manager) I did not appreciate the quick responses and the lack of effort to assist me with maybe ordering one right from the store. So, I took a shot and asked "if the only 3XL you may have in the store are returns maybe we can look up to see if there are any additional ones that have been returned. Again his quick response "I do not know how to look that up because I am a new manager". So, this is what I say to Under Armor management whether corporate or regional or the store general manager "TEACH ALEX HOW TO BE AN EFFECTIVE MANAGER AND HOW TO LOOK STUFF UP". We walked in and looked around for a bit. Not seeing what he wanted where we were looking we asked where in the store would be the style he was looking for. We were told it was towards the back of the store. We started to head that way. Ten seconds later and they are yelling at us. Why? Because where we were, we were kind of blocked in. A gentleman in a wheelchair was trying on shoes blocking the one aisle. They employees were blocking the other part of the aisle, leaving for the only way to get to the back of the store behind the register. That was exactly why they were yelling at us. Because we walked the only way we could. We were told that we weren't allowed to walk behind the register. Well, one of two things here. Have an employee at the register so that we would know it was the register. Or be understanding that this is the ONLY direction we could walk. When my dad did find what he wanted and went to pay he asked if there was a senior citizen discount. Instead of saying yes and giving it to him they had a very harsh tone asking his age. We all know how a man near 70 year-old doesn't care if he hurts your feelings with what he says. That was my dad at that point. He ended up getting the discount, but only after the employees felt like their attempt at embarrassing my dad failed.

TJ MAXXs, Marshalls or Ross may have them but it's not as good. They are a little more pricey. But these days. It's hard to find a comfy bra that does not shift or have a bra that pokes you. Same with panties. I love their undies with the thick elastic band that says Calvin Klein. It's durable and doesn't move around. Though I recommend hand washing them so they last longer. I got 3 sets. They have Mostly monochromatic colors. Rarely you'll see bright colors. Very nice associates to help. Today they had 30% off, then another 20% off. Then because I'm a member another 15%. I wish they would do one big bulk discount, it would draw more customers. Clean fitting rooms. That's a plus! Very clean and organized store. Definitely shopping here more.

I was almost immediately greeted when I entered the store and was asked if I was looking for anything in particular. The store associate showed me a couple of options for what I was looking for, and then when I searching through the stack of pants, another store associate came over and asked if I needed help finding a particular size. I found the size, but not in the color I wanted, and she offered to go into the back and see if she had the color I was looking for. Everyone was super helpful and accomodating. The dressing room attendant even asked how everything worked out and took the items I didn't like in a really nice way. To top it off, I accidentally left something I purchased at another shop in the dressing room by accident, and the dressing room attendant ran out to give it to me. Great service! So I went up to buy some pants and they were like half off what was on the price tag. Maybe I missed the discount sign where the pants were- but it was a VERY welcome surprise when I got to the register. All in all, wouldn't hesitate to shop here again. In fact, I've been once or twice before this particular occasion I'm writing about and found a really cool rain jacket.

Upon further investigation I noticed another tear on the other side. When I took off the pants and checked further I noted there were small tears in other places. Apparently the item was dry rotted. I returned it because it was 24 hours since I bought this item. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the manager told me I should've kept my tag because who knows what happened in between the time I bought it yesterday and today. Unacceptable. I purchased almost $400 in items and returned one item which was defective. He should at least apologized and give them proper customer service.

Prices are good and they keep a wide selection. I don't have children but they have an entire kids store that's connected. The staff is always friendly and upbeat, I like how they welcome you but don't pester you.
