On Friday, June 12th, I went to the location on 7506 E 36th Ave (Parkhill) where I have shopped for…read moreyears. I need to use the facilities as I have a medical condition that requires me to react quickly when having to use the bathroom. The unprofessional attendants told me that the bathrooms were closed and also stated that it was for no reason that they were closed. I asked what do you do when you have paying customers that need to use the bathroom, they laughed and said Well, you can go down to Dominos and use the bathroom, there is a law that states that you have to provide and make accommodations for customers with medical conditions in the State of Colorado, as well as the city of Denver. I then went to the front and asked for a manager. The immature and unprofessional cashier named Alan asked what I needed with the manager, and when I explained the situation, he laughed and said, "we ain't breakin no laws". Then, when the manager did come up, she began laughing and said I know what I can and can't do in my store, she then proceeded to start screaming at me across the store and continued to laugh. When I told her that I was going to report them to the Department of Health, she cancelled my transaction, and upon leaving the store, the security guard told me to F@#$ off and don't come back again. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint with their customer service team, and was told that I would receive a call within 3-5 business days, which never happened, and when I called to follow up on the complaint, I was told that their corporate office would not be returning my call due to the nature of the situation. I would think that their corporate office would want to resolve any issues with a paying customer who spends thousands of dollars a year with them. I guess I won't be shopping at Ross any longer. Sad and poor customer service!! I also have this all recorded on audio!!

Competitors like Wish Boutique carry the same items but drive the prices up a ton! Pink's prices are amazing!! The tall employee with the really long blonde hair is the sweetest girl and always helps my daughter shop. My favorite part about Pink's is that when you walk in, everyone is chatting and showing each other the things they try on. Our favorite employee always remembers our names and will consistently ask my daughter how school and volleyball is going. It's a very personal shopping experience that is hard to find at other boutiques now.

When I went in I was greeted by one of the kindest souls I have ever met! Her name is Amber and she is amazing! I bought this cute little sun necklace and it was perfect! However when I was wrapping it I noticed one of the gems was missing so I brought it back in today. She was very understanding and sincere. She gave me a discount but that isn't the point. This particular store had many positive notes...they have plenty of parking, are open at 9AM on Saturdays & have shopping carts available at the store entrance. Plus outstanding customer service. All adding to a very positive experience. I was there to exchange or return an infant snow jacket. The size I bought was too big. The Baby/Kid Department is large, with lots of selection, varying sizes & great prices. (Note, they have clothes for the entire family, plus accessories.) The size I needed wasn't available. So I headed back up to the front of the store to make my Return. While there the Associate asked why I was returning the jacket. She immediately went online & checked the store inventory to see if they had any in the back. She thought they might have the size I was looking for & quickly left to check. Unfortunately they didn't have the one I needed. She then offered to place an online order for me because other locations had the item. This Associate provided excellent customer service & went above & beyond. I really like this store...check out their Rewards Program too. Happy Shopping!
