I have been to this location 3 times. All 3 times was met with being told my order would not be…read morefulfilled. One of the other times I came in to switch my payment method and they deleted my whole order and didn't honor the mistake and replace my order. There has been different workers and management for all 3 times and nothing has changed. I came in to get a pre-order item for an online order. Online it was stated that all orders local or online would need to visit any branch to get the pre-order item. While supplies last (first come 1st served) but was told that GameStop policy is that all local orders must be fulfilled first before any other orders. This is not true that is a local loyalty service that management does for repeat customers. It is not GameStop policy! GameStop is a horrible company with terrible policy and practices when it comes to buying and selling. But once in a blue moon they get a good pre-order and we got to get the order in.
