We went back and asked if that is covered under warranty. The salesperson said that we could exchange them, but it could not be done that day because the store computer was not functioning. So we returned to the store the next week, but there was a different salesperson there who told us that the shoes can not be exchanged (despite that the first salesperson said that they could be). When I asked what can be done the salesperson said to phone Customer Service. I phoned a number of times but only got a recording. I tried to contact them via a form on their website, and got a message saying they will respond within 48 hours. I got a response by email about two weeks later, asking me to send photos of the Crocs "from all angles". I sent photos and Customer Service sent back instructions to do an exchange by mail. It looked like we were finally getting somewhere (but we weren't). I sent the Crocs to them via Fedex, and we were supposed to receive replacement Crocs within four weeks. Four weeks passed with no sign of replacement Crocs and no communication, so I emailed to ask if the Crocs had been sent, and if there is a Fedex tracking number to tell where they are. No response. I emailed again after five weeks. No response. I phoned Customer Service several times, and eventually got an actual human on the line! I explained the problem and she looked into it. After a lot of questions and a lot of waiting on the phone she told me that someone forgot to send replacement Crocs. She asked if I would like a refund instead. I replied, "If that will be quicker, then yes". She said she would contact the store we got the Crocs from and arrange a refund that we can go pick up. I don't know why she couldn't just refund my card instead of having me waste the time and gas to go back to the store again. We went to the store and they actually gave us the refund (and that was the only part of this ordeal that actually went right). Unfortunately, there is no refund for the gas I used for multiple trips to the store, or for all the time I spent trying to communicate with them. After two and a half months I finally got the kid's money back, so we just left the store and will never deal with Little Burgundy again.

The owner was very friendly and helped me pick out a couple options that didn't look too over the top and wasn't as pricey. In the end, I picked out a black and gold dress and it was very comfortable and the quality was nice. I could definitely see myself wearing it not only for my performance but for other events as well. Really nice store!

If you're looking for tasteful (i.e. not gaudy, tackily-embroidered, generic outfits that make you…read morelook like a Christmas tree-on-steroids), good quality, designer Indian clothes in British Columbia at reasonable prices, this is your best bet by far. Raj collection carries a range of salwar kameezes, lehengas, and sarees, most of which are beautiful and tasteful. The owner Raj Sodhi has exquisite taste herself, and travels to India at least once a year to select the items for her store. She carries select pieces from top designers like Neeta Lulla, Tarun Tahiliani, and Rohit Bal, to name a few, and carries a large range of sarees by Satya Paul. Intermixed are more middle-range garments that are equally tasteful and unique. Although she has top end items, she is very reasonably priced for what she carries and is more than willing to barter. This is in contrast to shops such as Crossover Bollywood se where the prices are quite high and fixed. Inability to barter does not go down well with people of Indian descent! Her customer service is fantastic and although she carries top-end items, she doesn't make quick judgements based on how "expensive" you look as a means of deciding whether she should provide you with great service. She is typically quite attentive. She also carries unique and tasteful costume jewelry, shawls, and a few children's outfits. She also carries garments by Pakistani designers which you probably won't find elsewhere in B.C. The only potential downside is that her shop is very much a boutique, which means that the sizes can vary and the pieces overall are not abundant in number. However, since almost every item in her store is special, that makes a nice change from the usual chaotic, generic, overstuffed Indian clothes store of which there are far to many in Surrey and Vancouver. Her location in west Burnaby is more convenient for Vancouverites like myself, but may be inconvenient for the customer from Surrey who might expect all shops to center around the busy Payal Business Centre. However, it is worth the short trip from Surrey! In short, the best all-round Indian clothes store in the lower mainland and probably in Western Canada. If you think you have good taste in Indian clothes, you need to make a trip here and it will quickly become your favourite.

They always have such a good selection of clothes that are trendy and SO CHEAP! Their quality might not be the best, but I think it's good enough for the price you pay. I more so go there to get inspired by all the looks they have their, it's always so fresh. Thankfully, they have now added mirrors inside their changing rooms so you don't have to come out everytime you want to see if something looks good! I will say if you ever go there, be ready to spend hours because they have so many options but most of them won't fit or won't look as good on you as they do on the mannequins so you will end up going to the trial rooms multiple times. Their line ups as always so long! They always have good deals though. Their staff are pretty good, never had a bad experience here. Pro tip: go to their sister brand Urban Planet which is also in Metrotown but on the second floor. They have the same stuff but it's usually less crowded.
