I made an appointment for my mother in law who has been dealing with a lot of stress and Leidy did an amazing job giving her the treatment she deserves. She was very relaxed and happy and she said the ambiance was very calm and she had a great time. Thank you so much Leidy for aiming to please. She loved you and said you were very nice :)
I love this place so much!! I've had almost all of the staff do my feet and they all do a great job! When it comes to my nails, I have had them done with maria, ony and maikely and they're all amazing. They really take their time to make sure you get what you want and their SHAPING IS ALWAYS ON POINT!! I'm so picky about how my nails are shaped and maria(my regular) always does a bomb job with them and follows my natural nail shape which I love. Their technique really allows your own nail to grow which is something I've always struggled with. Customer service is always on point. Def recommend
The nail salon has many colors to choose from, whether its basic polish or gel. Not quite sure if they really do designs but gel seems to be their main focus. The decor has a harmonious set-up. The only downside would be the pricing. I think its very expensive to charge almost $50 for a basic mani- pedi. We were also offered to try their platinum pedicure for $50-- no thanks! The person who did my pedicure did a nice job.
Amazing service!! My friends and I came in last minute for mani/pedis & I have nothing but good things to say about this nail salon. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with smiles and kind faces. All of us were seated within 10 minutes even thought we came at a decently busy time. They offered us complimentary water, wine, and they had phone chargers at every seat. My nails turned out absolutely amazing as well! I was kind of nervous about going to a new place and trying a new nail shape but I love the results! I got dip nail extensions, which were a bit pricey but I was told these are much healthier for my nails than acrylics (they don't do acrylics anyways) so I tried it out and I'm hoping my nails stay relatively healthy underneath. My friends and I all loved our nails and would definitely recommend!
So I'm not sure if I was a dud compared to all the great reviews. I came here on November 20th. First time getting dip powder. Everyone was nice. I had an appointment and that was honored. My nails and pedi were done with what seemed to me attention to detail and well done. I loved how they turned out and best of all I didn't have to spend all day at a nail salon. But...just a few days later my nails started showing little cracks. They weren't noticeable from a distance but I didn't like them. That never happened to me with acrylics. And I can't imagine these cracks are normal. 10 days after I got my nails done, one of the tips comepletely came off , another nail looks like the tip is about to go anytime as it has a huge crack on it. And today another tip broke off. It's a lot of money for nails that barely last a week. Update: I was contacted through yelp and a phone call to come in and have my nails redone, no charge. I got them done on 12/4 and have attached a picture of what they look like today 12/19 (16 days later) and happy to report that none have broken. I do feel that having customer service like this is such a huge plus and knowing that if you have an issue with your outcome they are more than happy and willing to fix the problem. I still personally prefer acrylics but I will definitely be back here for pedicures or manicures!
I loved coming here. They have the best service I've received in a nail salon. From the moment you come in to the moment you leave it's amazing. The ladies here are extremely sweet and extremely detailed. I asked for a French tip with dip and a pedicure and I absolutely love how it came out. (I'll add pics) I suggest you go in with an appointment, I honestly don't know how long the wait is if you don't have one, but I was immediately attended to at the time of my appointment. When I was called I was handed a bottle of water and offered coffee or wine. I enjoyed a delicious pink wine while I was doing my pedicure. Once my previous nails came off, the lady started to do my hands while I was still having my feet done. I loved this the most because it cut off so much time. I was in and out in about an hour or so. Before leaving, Management let me know that their policy is that if something happens with my nails before two weeks they will fix them without having to pay.
I was completely loss as to what nail salon was worth my money. I have incredibly short nails and was in very much need of a nail do over. I decided to do my search through yelp and this nail spa called my attention. When I came into this place I was greeted, question about my needs and expectations. I was debating and very on point I did not want tip added due to damage but Tommy convinced me after promising a natural, non damaging look and advising me what's best for my nails to get healthy and eventually grow. I therefore, then went with the extension tip and dip and pedicure service. I waited a reasonable time, offered a drink, and as soon as my service started I was satisfied with this amazing friendly staff, once my nails were completely done I was even asked to come back if any damage occurred before my next visit to get it fixed free of charge. My nail tech was amazing and patient working on the way I wanted my nails to look. They offer so many wonderful pedicure services Overall, my nails looks great, pedicure was outstanding, service was top notch and I was very satisfied.
Well ...After a year i've come in here I have to say that the service is always good but today was phenomenal. They took care of my Pedi/ Mani and really went above and beyond. Friendly , knowledgeable , fun to be around and They really made me feel like friends and family. They have new comfortable pedicure chairs, WiFi and beverages to make it a great experience. Thank you!
Only nail salon I ever go to I've been a fan of hot nails when they were Called top nail. Every time I go in I feel like family and they only provide the best service. It may be costly for some people but the results are always amazing. Tommy and Tiffany the owners are the sweetest people I've ever met. Today I was attended by Tarma & míkeal, They did a wonderful job and I would not expect anything but the best from you guys. Thank you once again I'll be seeing you soon

Very welcoming salon with no need for appointment. The ambiance is relaxing with tasteful down tempo music and dark decor. The technicians were not yelling or hollering to one another. The business owner is was very attentive and warm with customers. I took my handicap parent for a gel service and salon owner personally helped my mother walk to nail station: very sweet. The owner handed customers with cold water bottles. There's a large color selection of gel and dip. The nail tech was very receptive about the way I wanted my nails filed which is always a plus. Parking was comfortable as the salon is in a strip mall/ shopping center. Although I don't live in the Hialeah area, this is a salon I'd happily return to and go out of my way to make a recurring appointment for. They seem to have a loyalty program since there are registration tablets upon walking in which ask for birthday. Good job to the business owner! read more

This is the only place i will go to get my feet done, the pedicure is relaxing and no matter what girl you get, the standard is the same. the manager is constantly there and ensuring customer satisfaction. i had to wait a bit when i got there even though i had an appointment but it was well worth it. They offer water and help you set up to get the most comfortable experience! i HIGHLY recommend!! read more

I love hot nail spa! I do my nails with Cire which is amazing!!! I can't rave about her enough, I finally found someone who does my nails just how i like it, PERFECT! I LOVE this place! I moved out of Florida 3 years ago, and have been in Seattle ever since. Whenever I come down to visit family I'm searching for places to get my nails done, and hands down Hot Nail Spa is the best! I was able to book an appointment through Yelp, they had availability right in the middle of the holiday season (after Christmas Day before New Year's Eve). The service was great, I had Lorena and she was very detailed oriented. The manager Tommy is very attentive and has a genuine desire for customers to have a great experience. I'm actually worried because there are no places like this Seattle. Next time I'm in Florida I'm planning to come back to Hot Nail Spa! read more

How do I start? I've been searching for a good nail salon for a while in Miami and I HAVE FINALLY FOUND IT! Hot Nail Spa has AMAZING workers who do such an amazing job and don't rush even if they are busy. They treat each client like they're important. They offered me and my friends waters without even needing us to ask. We had some crazy designed nails and when we asked if it was possible, they didn't even hesitate and my nails came out AMAZING!! Along with my friend's nails and we all got them done by different people. Maria is THE BEST because she was behind on clients but didn't rush through my nails and I'm so grateful for her. She did my nails so beautifully and I didn't experience ANY pain like I have before. As soon as Tommy, the owner, walked in he greeted each one of us individually and asked if we needed anything. He really made us feel at home and I even got the opportunity to really sit with him as he explained to me that each employee goes through training to do every service which is just incredible. This is the 3rd chance I give this nail salon. The first was not great but after putting up a review Tommy the owner asked me to come in and give them another chance. Tommy did my dip manicure himself for free and it came out great. This third time I recieved yet another dip mani by someone who was not van and 4 days later I'm losing a nail.. the day before thanksgiving. Not to mention they charged me five dollars extra to remove my cuticle! Love their spa pedicures but so far no luck on a good long lasting manicure. read more

I switched from doing gel manicures to dip manicure about a year and a half ago. Since then i have gone to several places to try and i think i found my gem in hot nails spa. Some places dont have available selection, or experienced and as a result do a half ass job or ruin the integrity of the nail. First day i went met the owner and he was so nice and helpful. You walk into the spa and everything is clean and organized, there is 2 whole walls of nail color and dip to select from. Because he had available staff at the time, and to save time he had one staff member doing my feet and another doing my hands. I felt like a pampered princess. The ladies were very nice and gentle made me feel really confortable. My nails come out looking amazing, great attention to detail and did not over file my nail bed like i have experienced in other places. A month later my nails were still intact, i came for the second time today (again with ony) and just as happy with the results as the first. My only down side is i live to far, but its truly worth it to get amazing service this place offers it customers. read more

So happy I found this place! Not only is it convenient and close to my house but it's absolute pleasure to be here. The staff is welcoming and nice, the are clean and hygienic which is so important. Today I came in for dip and pedicure, the options they offer for pedicure are the most I've seen without breaking the bank. I purchased the volcano spa which was wonderful and so relaxing. 5 step pedicure with organic products. My technician Breisy was amazing, she takes her time and give quality care. Hot nail spa and staff deserve much more than 5 stars, you will feel welcomed and impressed with the products your receiving for a reasonable price. read more

I drove an hour to get here and it was well worth it. I love Tommy and the work they do. I've been with them from their previous location and I haven't looked back. Their new location is so beautiful and professional. The work they do is clean and precise and THE BEST PRICE IN MIAMI. They're called the Home of Dipping for a reason. My new top favorite nail salon with great service even when they are busy the staff is very friendly, nice and fast. Relaxing and clean environment with the best massage chairs ever! After reading the wonderful reviews here on yelp, I decided to try this nail spa. Undoubtedly the best nail place ever. Elizabeth did my volcano pedicure, and she was so kind and helpful explaining everything and she did a great job. Lorena did my ombre dip nails which came out amazingly beautiful. If you have never tried dip before I would highly recommend trying it at hot nail spa! I would always get acrylics but since I started coming to this salon a couple of months ago I haven't looked back since. The second you walk through the door you're greeted, offered water/wine and have an extensive collection of dip powders to choose from. If you're indecisive on the color or design you want, Grace their receptionist is a sweetheart and will find the perfect color for you every time! The girls are really sweet and knowledgeable about their work. I was recommended by one of my best friends and it's a party when ever we all gather together at hot nail spa. Their prices are amazing for the work and time they dedicate to your nails. Tommy the owner stands behind his work very proudly and has been so successful he managed to open up a second salon during a pandemic. I'm very happy I found my go to salon 10 minutes from my house and can't be more grateful for how welcoming and accommodating they are. If by chance you need a repair before the 2 week mark, they fix it for free no questions asked. I would recommend booking your appt ahead of time through the Booksy app as they get booked pretty quickly especially during the holidays. 10/10 love Tommy and his staff! read more

This place is truly a hidden treasure in Hialeah. My fiancee and I enjoyed our first ever volcanic pedicures together. I also got to try my first dip manicure. The ambiance is amazing! I've never posted a review in my life but this place treated me so wonderfully that I had to go out of my way and make a positive review. This is THE best nail salon I've ever been to!!!! They make you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. Everyone is extremely nice and they treat me like a queen every time I go in. I always go to Jenny because she does such an amazing job on my nails and she's also very nice to talk to :) They do a great job on their pedicures as well with the hot stones, leg massage and foot massage. I always leave this salon very relaxed. highly recommend to absolutely everyone! :) read more

ONE OF THE BEST SALONS!!I was a client of Tommy years ago in their previous location. I moved and was too far so I stopped going. Now they moved right by me and I am SO happy they did. He along with his wife Tiffany and their whole staff is amazing. They do an amazing job because it's their passion. To top it off they treat you like FAMILY.
