The salon is absolutely beautiful inside, much larger and more inviting than it appears from the outside. They even have a cute little boutique area in the front that makes waiting enjoyable. Maddie was wonderful from start to finish. The shampoo was one of the most comfortable salon experiences I've had, and she took the time to really listen to what I wanted. The cut turned out great, and I couldn't be happier. I've definitely found my new salon and will be back!

This is a huge shoutout to Elise. That's the first thing I will start with…read more I am one of the worst people when it comes to taking care of my hair. Mind you, it's down my back & very thick. I knew I needed to find a salon & stylist to be loyal to. I came across CCC & decided I would make a quick phone call to get an appointment. I spoke with Stephanie; she asked me some qualifying questions to match me with a stylist that would be the best fit. Typically, salons are booked on Saturdays (from some experience & other calls that I made), but given the nature of my request, she told me she would schedule me for a Saturday appointment at 9:00 AM with Elise. She ensured me that Elise is their "color expert" & is very familiar with treating thick, long, damaged hair. My initial feeling when entering the salon was WOW, this place is STUNNING. The decor & the front desk were so modern & updated. I love the light fixtures that they have when you enter & over some of the products for sale. For someone such as myself who is not very versed in this sort of thing (going to get my hair done & being pampered), I felt like I was in a very nice & upscaled environment. I had a lot of appreciation for whoever was in charge of the interior design (more of my department). I was greeted right away when I walked in. There were not a great deal of customers at that time, which I can't complain about considering I would rather have more of a one-on-one experience. Each stylist's chair was the same & had furniture-style cabinetry with granite countertops. Elise knew she had a project when she was told about my appointment. She was excited, however. My "project" took (3) hours to complete! But in that time, we had a lot of great conversation. She genuinely cared about me & getting to know me. She did an AMAZING job! After washing my hair with exceptional products, to adding highlights & lowlights to the exact color I was envisioning with organic dye, to explaining the whole process including the toner, she really took pride in reinventing my hair that needed help. She didn't even shame me for using box dye ;) The end result was drying & curling my hair. She also asked if she could take pictures to post on her Instagram which I agreed to. Believe me, the before & after pictures are a substantial improvement! I already have my next appointment booked & I cannot wait!! Sure, it's not cheap to have hair dyed & treated, but it is worth it. Thank you, Elise, for your hard work! I would certainly recommend making a relationship & connection with Creative Colors & Cuts if you are on the market for a salon, whether for hair or nails or the other services they provide.

I went to Wicked Salon and Spa for a haircut with Erica and left feeling completely unheard. I was…read morevery specific during the consultation: keep the top and crown longer, work with my natural texture and cowlick, do not expose more of my scalp, and do not go too short. I also explained that I style my hair with my fingers and powder rather than a round brush. Erica appeared to understand and agreed with what I was asking for. Despite that conversation, she repeatedly cut around my head until most of it was approximately the same short length. I had to tell her to stop when she began another pass. The crown I had spent five months growing out was cut off, while my bangs and front were barely touched. The result looked square and blunt rather than textured, balanced, or tailored to what we had discussed. During the blow-dry, a metal or wire-style brush was used even after I had explained that this was not how I style my hair, and my scalp was red afterward. I also left with loose hair and clumps of cut hair down my back. Once I got home and saw the full result, I was devastated and cried for a couple of hours. We contacted the salon manager the following day hoping to discuss the experience and a refund, but the response felt dismissive and showed no meaningful flexibility or empathy. A bad haircut is upsetting; having clear instructions ignored and then having the concern brushed aside made the experience much worse. I cannot recommend this salon.

I had a amazing European facial by Kendall. She took her time, was very personable, and my skin felt amazingly soft after. She gave me recommendations based on my individual needs for products, none of which are sold at the spa. This to me is a sign of a great esthetician because she cared more about products that will benefit me rather than what the spa sold. The facial didn't for some reason include the heated mitts as the website states. I didn't realize this until after I left because the rest of the services were so great. I would recommend that the spa considering getting a white noise machine to block out some of the noise from the salon below. There is a ton going on in this little place and it would be easier to relax without having to hear it all. In any event, I can't give the spa anything less than 5 stars, because the facial was that great! I can't wait to go back for more facial services and to try the greenstone massage, as they are the only spa in the area that offers them.
