The last several times I've been in the store the cleanliness of the dining area has shown marked improvement. The other day I noticed several team members chatting at a table and I took the opportunity to mention how great the store looked. I then proceeded to watch my food sit on a back counter for 15 minutes because no one would make eye contact or take the three steps to hand it to me. But the reality is that a manager shouldn't have to be the only person connecting with customers!
