Child: I finished my burger. Can you order me a Frosty? Adult: Good job. Have a couple of your fries. Child: OK. [Complies.] Done! Can I try your nuggets? Adult: Sure. Child: Are they spicy? Adult: Kinda. Child: OK. [Takes one and dips in sweet and sour sauce. Eats. Inhales sharply. Fumbles with unopened milk.] Ugh! Milk is supposed to help with spicy things! [Brandishes container] Can you? Adult: Sure. [Pulls back stubborn foil seal]. Child: Thanks! [Gulps milk]. Ahh. Adult: OK? Child: Yup! [Quickly eats 2 of last 3 nuggets]. I ate mine and yours! Can I have my Frosty now? read more

I stop by this Wendy's every few weeks for a spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich and fries have always been consistently good, and I've never had any complaints--until tonight. I arrived around 9:00 p.m. and there was no line. Someone on the intercom said, "One moment," but it took quite a while before anyone actually took my order. That was the first red flag. After I placed the order and paid, I received my food at the window within 10 seconds. That raised another concern--it seemed far too quick for a freshly made sandwich. When I got home, just 5-6 minutes later, I took the first bite and immediately knew something was off. The sandwich was rubbery and dry, like it had been sitting out for a while--not the quality I've come to expect from this location. It honestly felt like biting into a stale bun and chewy chicken. Very disappointing, especially from a place I've come to rely on for quality. I hope this was a one-off, but I wanted to bring it to your attention. read more

Absolutely disappointed in this establishment, my small family and I came here after a school event which ended around 7:30p. The problem wasn't cleanliness or anything of that nature, when I placed the order on the app it didn't accept the order as paid it accepted the payment as a gift card when I entered the store for assistance she attempted to make me pay again and or order again which I refused to do. I explained the situation to the manager I assume and her and her minion began speaking Portuguese thinking since I'm a brown woman I must not in understand her well unfortunately for her I UNDERSTAND ENOUGH to know when I'm being disrespect and spoken about (having Portuguese speaking friends is a great benefit). I simply told them to stop talking about me as i understand what they are saying and left the establishment proceeded to contact corporate and lodged a complaint as well as requested a full refund for the inconvenience which they could have assisted with. We have been patrons of this establishment since they opened and now I will no longer spend my money here again. Food comes out cold and soggy when it comes out correct. read more

Absolutely terrible service the front counter guy Dave was yelling at this deaf men because the deaf men couldn't hear him due to Dave was not talking loud enough and mumbling his words like he had a few to many. He was also calling customers assholes to there face. I will never come to this location again if there is gonna be rude perverts working here. Corporate will be hearing from me read more

This was our first time at this Plymouth Wendys and it was very clean and very busy on a Sunday afternoon. The one thing I noticed was the price difference from Marshfield. It was .60 cents more for a cod sandwich here and the value fries were $1.29 vs the .99 cents I pay at Marshfield. I know it doesn't sound like much but for the 2 items I usually get, that was almost $1.00 more. Not a big deal for me but it might be for a mom with a couple of kids on a budget. I understand Wendys is a Franchise but for that reason alone, I will stick with Marshfield store which has the TV and the Fireplace and very helpful staff and will save me $1.00 every time I go. Going through the drive thru, the owner was outside cleaning the windows so you know the inside is immaculate, we've been inside and it is. The girl at the window was also very nice. Our food came out hot and my cheese was melted as requested read more

I know we aren't supposed to expect perfection with fast food but after working a 14 hour shift and this being the only thing open I just ordered online and what I got was disgusting, asked for toppings on my burger got a burger that had barely anything on it when I asked for lettuce tomato onion and pickles with cheese . Not on it ....plus ranch on the side again not with my order also asked for 2 chocolate chip cookies got a burnt sugar cookie , soggy fries and was rudely told they didn't have a chocolate frosty for the kids meal I got . ... no biggie but don't have to be rude I get it, it was Still 3 hours before close , everyone has a bad day but atleast make my order right, not to hard to read a ONLINE ticket . Just really unprofessional service , I dont usually right reviews on bad service but this location has went hard-core down hill in the last couple months, I work in the area and have always got this last min if I work a long day and just want something quick .... guess I'll have to figure something else out if the rude service and mistakes happen again, just really taken back this location used to be a great late stop after a long day , not anymore read more

This is a breakfast review Wendy's is now open for breakfast and they do a great job. Their offerings are as tasty as Panera but less expensive and FAR FAR better than anything McDonalds offers. Try their Artisan breakfast sandwich, great bargain at $3.05 (with tax). read more

absolute nonsense, my time driving through the drive twice getting my order wrong once then going through again for them to not get the order right again. The amount of time and how angry I am to go on yelp at 16 years old and write a review for wendys is absolutely absurd. The person who took my order was bianca and how rude and disrespectful she was from ordering my food to telling her it was wrong to going back through and her looking at me like I had 3 heads and gave me the dirtiest look. This wendys absolutely blows worst wendys experience I've ever had. Also, when i asked for her to remake my burger she closed the window on me #fuckbianca read more

I go to Wendy's more then and other fast food restaurant. Recently Wendy's created a new sandwich "Southwest Avocado spicy Chicken sandwich". It is undoubtedly the best sandwich they have ever had. It's the spicy chicken we love, kicked up with pepper jack cheese, southwest ranch, applewood smoked bacon and cool, creamy avocado. You have to try one. It's only there for a limited time. They also have a Southwest Avocado chicken salad. I havn't tried it yet but will soon read more

I like the food at Wendy's. Chicken sandwiches old fashioned burgers. Even the chili is pretty darn good. That being said. I had a strange encounter while at the drive thru. About 10 o'clock on a Saturday night. I went to Walmart for a few things and decided to stop at Wendy's for late night snack of a burger and perhaps some nuggets. So at the drive thru I ordered a single cheeseburger a Coke and a 4 piece McNugget. Not realizing that I had accidentally called them McNuggets. The lady on the other end of the drive thru intercom promptly informed me that they do not sell McNuggets there, and would I like anything else. So I corrected myself giggled and said that I would like a 4 piece nugget please. The woman ( who sounded like the actual Wendy from the commercials, not the skinny annoying redhead , but the fat actual Wendy who owns the chain of restaurants and clenches her teeth while she's talking as if she is very very angry. Yes that 1) again declares that they do not sell chicken McNuggets at this restaurant. So I laugh again and say you're really not going to sell me some McNuggets ? She again declares we do not sell McNuggets. So I say okay. When I get to the window to pay for my food. I see an overweight angry Wendy look a like , with a nasty disposition. Just the then manager shows up in the window and ask me "did you want some nuggets with that order" I said yes please . The Wendy's look-a- like storms off . I pay for my food and drive away. I must have angered the lady. Because as I drove down the road and took a sip from my coke , I realized that the fat b**** poured me a diet coke. DAMN YOU WENDY!!!!! read more

I would not usually think to rate a fast food restaurant, but this may honestly be the most consistent one I have been to. After work, stop at this Wendy's fairly often, and at different times of day. Always very quick service with no notable problems-- the only rare mixups being painlessly resolved. Food always hot and fresh. The inside is also very clean and modern. Pretty impressive. read more

Used to be so much better than other fast food places, but they changed their good french fries to the same exact type that MacDonald's serve. When I saw their advertisements about their new fries, I was disappointed because the picture was just like MacDonald's. Sure enough, they were! Bring back your former french fries and I will give you 5 stars! read more

Recently renovated so it looks very modern but, unfortunately, the service is still subpar. I was the only person in line and I waited as two people handled the drive-through window and another prepared the orders. I get that they are not assigned to the registers but the woman who WAS (who was always fairly rude, btw) kept ignoring me as she walked around the front area filling supplies, etc. Someone must have said something or else she looked at a camera but eventually a manager (not sure of her position but her name tag said Leah) came forward, at which point the woman who had been ignoring me said "I can take care of it!" Leah said not to worry, she'd forgotten that she was covering for her because she was so busy making a list of everything they were out of. At that point I noticed her hands and, at first, thought having gray tips on a French manicure was an odd choice. Then I saw that it wasn't polish but filthy nails! Seriously, it looked as if she'd been changing the oil in a car! I thought to myself that at least one of the other staff wearing gloves would be bagging the order but, no, Leah put her filthy hands in the French fries (at least the burger was wrapped! The renovation looks nice but I won't be back to this location! There's a lot of fast food competition in this area so I'll be heading there instead. read more

Traveling from Indiana. Staff was very nice and the dining area was spacious and clean.

Just went through the drive-thru and ordered a medium fry and 10 piece nugget. When I pulled off I realized they put maybe a small fry worth of fries in my medium fry holder. How lazy can you be people?! read more

Absolutely disgusted with this particular wendys everytime I come here there is a problem but lastnight was by far the absolute worst treatment I have ever received from a fast food "manager" and employee first off the girl at the speaker had an attitude about my question on why they discontinued the spicy chicken nuggets then the Manger proceeded to talk over her on the speaker and come outside and started verbally assaulting me and yelling at us about the menu I will never return to this location and will strongly advise everyone and everyone to stay far away read more

honestly i'm boy-cotting wendy's at the moment. For a long period of time Wendy's was my go to fast food place i didn't even look at places like chick fil a, burger king and mcdonald's anymore. Wendy's 4 for 4- grilled chicken wrap, chick nuggets and fry- was the best meal. It hit the spot every damn time. Me and my great gramma would always go and get that 4 for 4 meal. She died. Just like the grilled chicken wrap did in the 4 for 4. So now i just can't eat there anymore. Going there just isn't the same. I'm very disappointed with this business decision and I know many others are aswell. RIP read more

I've been to plenty of Wendy's restaurants in my life, but this has got to be the worse one I've been to yet. On 3 occassions I order their salad, and the lettuce was disgusting, I mean old nasty looking lettuce, and not just 1 of the times, but all 3 times. I will never get anything there ever again. I could understand maybe once, but 3 times seperated by 3-5 months is crazy. Do not get salad or anything with their old (black dirty) lettuce! Buyer beware! read more

Strange to write a review for a fast food place, but here goes... This Wendy's must have gotten a recent renovation because it is very modern inside. Very clean, relaxing atmosphere. You don't feel like you're in a fast food restaurant. We were coming up from the cape and had to stop quickly for lunch. He had the spicy chicken sandwich and I had the single with cheese. One thing I like about Wendy's is their use of fresh vegetables. Crunchy onions, cold juicy tomatoes and bright and zesty pickles. You can really taste the freshness. We shared a large fries and a medium frosty which was a lot bigger than I remember. Prices have definitely gone up. $5 for a fast food cheeseburger. But you get what you pay for. Service was quick and attentive, though not very friendly. read more

I do enjoy a Wendy's Hamburger or Chicken Sandwich or Frosty from time to time. This particular Wendy's is usually decent but they need to manage the kids at the drive thru window. The Teenagers working at the 2nd window need to be trained in customer service or let go. Very rude. read more

Worst place ever!!! Walked up to the counter and no one greeted us. They just kept passing by and looking but never saying one word. We were the only ones there and they only had two cars in the drive thru. After about 10 minutes it was almost like a game to see how long before someone would acknowledge us. After 15 minutes I was so upset I said "is anyone gonna take our order?" They just looked and kept doing what they were doing in the back. We walked out and went to red robin instead. read more

Great prices!! They Always get the order correct .. Inside is always well cleaned and drive thru is pretty fast

Very new and clean Wendy's, and the staff inside was friendly..even gave me a free Jr. Bacon cheeseburger! Food is definitely better quality than the other fast food chains nearby. The new Pretzel Bacon Bun burger was quite tasty, and it was topped with super fresh baby greens, tomatoes and onions. Baked potato with broccoli and cheese was delish as always. New Strawberry Lemonade was tasty and refreshing. read more

I go to this Wendy's pretty often and its gotten a little down hill. Especially the drive thru, they put the same one girl on every night and she does the whole thing by herself, You can see the other employees standing around having conversations while the poor girl is just running around taking and packing orders. She's very nice and sweet, has a very positive attitude and very witty. Definitely makes me laugh!! she recently dyed her hair teal looks pretty neat. You can tell she cares very much about customers, probably one of the nicest fast food employees. The food is very good, i like the chicken nuggets because here they're always fresh. and they get my order right every time!! Just could work on speed and they are very understaffed as of lately. The Staff is very fun and friendly. read more

The floors shouldn't be filthy at 11:00 am. They have a new invention called a vacuum and mop. Fries were all cold. Floors in the bathroom are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Kids high chairs were sticky and filthy as were the tables and chairs. This whole place needs a thorough cleaning. Makes me wonder about the stuff you can't see like the kitchen. We won't be coming back here our next trip down. read more

I have actually never written a review for anywhere before, but I had to with this one... I went thru the drive thru and I was never told to stop at the first window or the second... no one was at the first one where you usually pay.. there I sat passed the first window for 5 minutes, because a car was in front of me.. a rude darker lady came to the first window I had passed and said "hello, are you gonna pay. $1.63" or whatever it was... I said sorry no one was there.. she laughed and shook her head like I was the idiot... no customer service skills whatsoever.. I never go to Wendy's and now I know why.. I won't be going back! She needs to be placed either in the kitchen or outside doing trash, wish I got her name.. read more
