Stumbled upon this place while driving on a Sunday afternoon. They have tables inside and outside w umbrellas outside, lively music w Brazilian flair. Menu is large same ethnic theme but also Americanized. Waitress was super friendly and told us their smash burgers and tacos are very popular. Caipirina drinks were so delicious! Well poured and well made. Started with the birria beef tacos that were amazing, tender and flavorful. We both went for smash burgers which were also great! I typically don't like this type of burger but it was very good. Fresh ingredients and love the special sauce. Will be going back. Outside was enjoyable, music a tad too loud, but very nice. I was kinda done with "smash" style burgers but this one was just perfect. Seemed lik3 house made pickles. House sauce was delicious. And the fries were amazing. Ate at the outdoor seating. Great smash burger, I've been here 3 times now and I keep going back! FINALLY a decent burger under $10 on the south shore. Menu is loaded with all kinds of things but I just get the shack classic and upgrade my fries to bacon cheese fries for $1.49, real bacon is used not some processed bacon bits. The chocolate shake is delicious as well. This is my standing order and I'll be back numerous times. I tried many times in the past to patronize this place when it was DiNatale's but I could never catch them open. No longer is that the case Pattie Shack has regular business hours! Delicious burgers, ribs and fish tacos; amazing shakes. I live within walking distance, needless to say I go a bit too often (for my waistline). Food can be a bit slow if they are extra busy, but every restaurant is slow when extra busy. Indoors can be a little noisy like all restaurants are these days. During the warmer months we prefer to eat on their patio which is pup friendly. There is parking around the back. read more

The food was pretty good. Sad that the rice pilaf that comes with the tacos is just white rice dyed yellow. The burgers and fries were phenomenal. I paid for a homemade lemonade and when I went to grab it in the fridge there was one strawberry one left, which is not my favorite flavor. Stopped in on a weekend afternoon with a craving for a burger, and Pattie Shack did not disappoint! Hubs had the Fenway burger and moaned on first bite. It was deliciously messy - ordered w gorgonzola instead of cheddar. I had the Classic Shack, which was incredibly juicy and meaty for a smashed burger. The veg ingredients were very fresh, and the bun was griddled to perfection. Next time I'll opt for the double, bc the beef is just that good. We also shared the birria fries, which tasted as fresh as they looked. I would have maybe liked a little bit of birria broth/dip on the side, but they were quite good. Loved that they have Dr Pepper as a soda choice, and we'll have to try the milkshakes next time! As for service, the staff was very kind and accommodating. If you are looking to spend money and be disappointed look no further. I have been here about 6 times. First time was dine in and it was great. Decided to let my staff know and it was a HUGE disappointment. There hasn't been a single time I have gotten take out that there was NOT a mistake. No matter if it was a big order or just two items. I have called and have been told I would get refund. Not a single time has that happened. So tired of giving them chances because honestly the good is good but they do not care and there is ZERO attention to detail. I will no longer be giving my money to this place. Avoid unless you know the staff!! Worst experience in a long time at a restaurant. Two kids were allowed to run and scream all over the dining room. Kids will be kids. They were not the problem. Their parents that let them scream and run around then entire place were the issue. Had to go outside just to have a conversation with my wife because the kids screaming next to me prevented us from having a normal conversation. Of course the absent father comes outside with another kid as soon as we sat down. After asking if he was going to leave or stay, if he was staying I was leaving. He decides to threaten to attack me in front of his young child because my tiny wife laughed in his face and he couldn't fight a woman. A true real man. Then after asking the staff if they could help and at the very least ask the other person to leave, it was painfully obvious they knew each other after they apologized to him! Ask for a To Go carrier and they still didn't apologize for the actions of their other customer. Let me repeat that. After I was threatened by someone the staff knows, they didn't even apologize or acknowledge there was anything going on. So if your looking to be threatened by an insure man baby after waiting 20 minutes for a burger. This place is perfect for you. I'd give it a negative if possible. read more

Amazing addition to the Plymouth food scene. Pattie Shack has done an outstanding job of marrying high end restaurant quality food with a fast-casual environment. While they are known for their burgers, my wife and I got tacos (steak and fish). We both agreed that these were some of the best tacos we've ever had. Very kid friendly. We went with our two toddlers who loved their chicken tenders and fries. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu! read more
