The menu is reliable, the space is comfortable, and it's easy to use the venue for everything from quick meals to longer hangouts. The atmosphere is casual, welcoming, and community-oriented without feeling forced. It's the kind of place that fits naturally into the local scene and works as a regular go-to rather than a "special occasion" destination. If you want a dependable local spot with good food, drinks, and a laid-back environment, this location delivers.

Yesterday, March 6th, at approximately 6:30 PM, my wife suggested that we go to DH. I was a little…read morehesitant, but she says they have really good food. While on our way there, she ordered through the app the following: one cowboy hotdog, one cheeseburger, one order of tater tots and a second order of tater tots with cheese, and a drink. We got there before the food was ready so I waited inside for about five minutes. Got the order and left. Not till we sat down and started opening up our food at our destination (10min away), our first observation were the tater tots, (both orders). They were beyond crispy! Matter of fact, if you squeezed one between your fingers, they would explode into many pieces! On top of that, we ordered the cheese for one order of the tater tots and they gave us chili and cheese. Next, as I was eating the cowboy hotdog, I noticed they had a burnt taste to the hotdog. When I looked inside after cutting it, I noticed that coincidentally the burnt part was facing down into the bun. I couldn't even eat the tater tots because they were both all very crispy and not even worth eating. The chili did not hit the spot because it wasn't when I ordered. I still ate the hotdog because I was still hungry, but not the best tasting hotdog with a burnt to taste. Check out the photos and the video attached. On top of all of this, I even tipped them 15%! Which isn't necessary when I'm picking up the food, but I opted to support the workers. Just looks like they didn't care about the quality of the food that went out. What bothers me more, is the sheer lack of pride for working for a company known for their good food that the folks in the back preparing the food felt that the quality of the food they were putting in the containers and the bag was the quality that DH is supposed to be known for. Needless to say, I was NOT impressed. Maybe someone from this particular restaurant will look at the order and do the right thing for the customer (and I would go as far as talk to the workers who worked that night because THEY are the ones representing their company). Here's the order number if you want to look it up: 42120287045402644

As I was buying my sausages. soft pretzels, and potato salad, the lady said very little to me and the gentleman, nothing at all. When I tried speaking German, the lady said she didn't remember much of the language anymore. This blunt, "tell it like it is" way of interacting is pretty much how my family used to be, so I found it familiar -- even comforting. But it's easy to see how this can rub people the wrong way, especially if they're used to American (or even modern German) - style customer service. Everyone who found this rude is making reasonable statements. But to me this is more a case of people who have been doing the same thing for a long time without making updates. Decor-wise, place also seems to recreating the Germany that someone remembers from decades ago. The blue and white bunting, the beer steins, the picture of the Pope and other memorabilia make the place feel distinctly Bavarian, in a touristy way. A lot of places in Germany, even in the more traditional south have moved on. But my hope is that this place does continue until the proprietors retire with dignity or sell the business to some German-Americans with a passion for prepping and selling this type of food.

I arrived at MOOYAH Burgers (Upland) on Sunday (around 10AM). Parking is very easy. The lot is big. Although I arrived at opening hours, MOOYAH Burgers only unlocked their doors around 10:10AM. Staff is professional and pleasant. Staff worked hard, and the location felt understaffed. I was the first customer that day, and my food took 11 minutes and two seconds. Fairly slow for a cheeseburger. As mentioned, I ordered the MDC ($10.99). It arrived picturesque. Unfortunately, its appearance was tastier than its ingredients. The buns were toasted and extremely buttery, but they easily flatten like cheap, thrift store hotdog buns. There's no bounce. Then, its meat patties tasted bitter and dry. The best part of this burger was the gooey, well-melted American cheese which desperately tried to distract from all its shortcomings. Regarding ambiance, MOOYAH Burgers (Upland) felt clean and comfortable. The tables are well wiped, and the floors are swept. There's also a restroom in the back. The decor felt sleek and modern. Overall, I had a disappointing experience at MOOYAH Burgers (Upland). The location is not horrible, but it's also not great. At the very least, the burgers make a pretty photo. 3.4 out of 5

Stupid me for just checking that I had 4 burgers tonight, and not unwrap them to check them individually. When I got home I find out that every single one was wrong. I had hungry kids so I tried to scrape off and salvage when I could to get them eating, and then drove all the way back to get it made fixed. When I asked to speak to a manager, apparently there is no manager there in the evenings, I told the woman who came to the counter that every single burger was wrong and showed her the receipt. She asked what was wrong about them, so I started going down the list and she never offered to remake it the right way or really offered any remedy so I said just refund the whole thing if you're not going to even offer to make it right. If I have to do your quality check, and unwrap every item to scrutinize it, I would rather just not give your restaurant my business. I tried to get in touch with their corporate office and they have not responded in a week. Looks like the whole thing is going downhill since Corky passed away. What a shame.

The blue cheese burger I wished were a bit stronger in blue cheese flavor (as a person who loves lots of blue cheese), but the burger was definitely filling for both the eyes and the tummy. The only thing I wished is that the burger didn't feel as heavy/greasy, but if that were the case, I probably wouldn't have chosen a burger. That said, the grease did feel like it took away from the flavors, making the burger tasting milder than I had wanted. That said, it was very enjoyable overall. The dog menu was surprisingly different from what I've seen. It was surprisingly healthy looking with the amount of vegetables they added to my dog's bowl including some Brussels sprouts. There was no rice at all, which was fine for me since my dog doesn't really like rice. Unfortunately, he is so picky, so he picked out the chicken from the vegetables even with me pre-mixing it, and I think the vegetables are too firm to his liking. However, I appreciate the food being healthy and the portions, even if he himself will not really eat most of it. I'm sure some other dog will do a lot better with the bowl!
