She looked exactly the same as. when I dropped her off...... hair an inch and a half long and shaggy. paid $70 for the experience and left. After I cooled down a bit, I called them and expressed my dissatisfaction that my dog had not been given a haircut. The young lady on the phone said oh I'll tell them. That was it no, I'm sorry. The first vet we took her to was nice but there was only one doctor there are we had an appointment but waited over an hour to get seen. We went ahead and got her shots there but never went back. The second place we took her was after she hurt her leg and they claimed she needed a splint and all this other stuff and we believed them. However, their front desk lady was always rude and the vet and his staff were immature and I didn't feel that they listened to our concerns....sooooo, we went to yet ANOTHER vet.... Finally, on the recommendation to Pawtropolis, I took Frankie to Shoal Creek....they explained that she never really injured her leg that bad and that the previous vet should have taken x-rays of both legs and they would have noticed that. Also, both vets (Dr. Elder and Dr. Askren) are sooo nice and they explain everything. I feel that the doctors and all the staff truly care about your concerns and your little furry family member's well being. Even though we are getting ready to move to Watkinsville, I will still take my dog and kitties there.

The two ahead were called to a room and immediately a new walkin was taken. Then a second walking right by me. After the fourth walkin was shown a room I walked out. As I got to my vehicle I saw a rep calling me from the door. Sorry you should have more respect for customers. I went to a clinic in Ila Ga and was very pleased. He offers more than reasonable rates, excellent flexibility (one of our cats was sick and he went out of his way to make sure she was given the appropriate medicine/food), dependability (even when we scheduled visits when he had t leave town he was able to get a coworker to cover for him), excellent customer service, and he's a natural when it comes to getting along with our girls! He even takes the time to take photos of your pets when visiting! If you're ever wanting to take a vacation and can't bring your pets, consider using Five Points Four Paws. It's significantly cheaper than a boarding home, your pets will be more comfortable in their own home, and you'll save a ton of money!

Before we ever agreed on anything he came by and met our girls and learned the ropes so that we and the cats would be comfortable with him. Mike has never had to tell us no and we really appreciate that. Even the holidays are wide open for him and it's such a relief. I can honestly say that I don't worry about my girls because "Uncle Mike" is gonna come by. The sheer number of different types of pet care he offers is what makes him stand out. Short visits, walks, sleep-overs, he does it all. We only utilize the short visits but if it ever was needed, Mike is the only guy I'd call. You also can't beat the price. We recently went on a week vacation and decided to come back a day early so we let Mike know he didn't need to drop by that day. Homeboy let the cost of the visit roll over to our next use. Considering he could have arranged other pet sitting during that time and thus could have easily made us pay the agreed upon price, he didn't. I was honestly shocked and it really went a long way with me. The bottom line is this: if you need someone to look after you pet while you are away for however long, Mike Sprayberry and his business is the answer. I can not recommend him enough!!!!
