The staff is nothing short of warm, gentle, and attentive people who genuinely love animals. I've always felt supported, and reassured, no matter the reason for the visit. The drs always spend time really listening and giving proper advice. Today I had my baby Tony there and he can be very difficult due to his anxiety. They were able to fix the issues we were having along with sitting down and offering multiple different suggestions for managing some of his behavior troubles. They made sure we were both comfortable and didn't make us feel like an inconvenience like some vets have in the past. I saw a bad review from someone else years ago and it triggered me to post this. I was actually a bit mortified by the post as it was the most unprofessional review and so far from the truth. Actually Violet still goes to US Canine for boarding every time we go out of town and I won't take her anywhere else. Violet actually went to another training facility (one I will not name) and she came out worse than when she went in. Violet is a pit bull and as most people are aware pit bulls get a really bad wrap. They just need a little proper training and some TLC (as with any animal) and that's exactly what US Canine did. She actually did have to go through the intense two week training for extreme behavioral issues (trained by Angie) and she came back a completely different dog! I love Violet so much and if it wasn't for US Canine we would have had to give her up. She has become such an important part of my family and I wouldn't have done anything differently. So they wouldve only had to wait 2.5 days to get paid. The staff told my husband to" call back when we were able to pay!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Call back in 3 days and let my dog suffer in pain. Nice to know that your clinic and staff care more about monies than making sure an animal is not suffering!! We will never bring an animal to thos clinic again. I…read morecalled ALL the vets in the area for pricing and was SHOCKED by how expensive most of them were to take a healthy dog in for a yearly check-up. One was $300! When I called Braselton Animal Hospital the very nice lady who answered the phone gave me a quote that was so low I had to ask what it included because surely it wasn't as comprehensive as the others. Well, it was. She explained that Dr. R likes to keep the cost low so people will actually bring their pets to the vet regularly. For me, that is huge and speaks to a veterinarian that truly cares about the animals. Our visit was great. Dr. R was super patient with my little guy. He's pretty vocal about things he doesn't appreciate, like strangers poking things in his rear & cutting his nails and she(and her vet tech) were great with him. They also gave him all his shots and did the blood draw in the room, which I appreciate. I think he does a lot better when he can see me. they only removed him from the room to clip his nails. Overall, I give this doc and her office the highest recommendation!

They overbook, and we've had to wait more than an hour and a half multiple times. While we understand there are emergencies at times, for this to be a consistent experience, it shows a lack of consideration for the client's time. It creates more stress for the animal and pet parents. We are so happy with the service and staff at Magnolia. Our dog and three cats will continue to go there. Dr Chrissie Fagan completely changed my dog's quality of life. He's 12 years old and while I'm not…read morenaive to the fact that he can't be around forever. I had gone to other vets that kept telling me "his heart sounds great, his lungs sound great" so I never even considered that his issues stemmed from heart disease. I went to Dr Fagan after scheduling an abdominal ultrasound as I thought the culprit was Cushing's. Dr Fagan suggested a chest X-ray as well, which led to an echocardiogram, which at least shed some light on what we were dealing with. She prescribed heart meds and lasix and gave us a referral to a specialty vet for a Holter monitor study, which helped determine which meds he would most benefit from. It's not a cure and we know what we're dealing with and know his time is limited, but at least he gets to spend whatever time he has left in our home, surrounded by love and he's not suffering. After an adjustment period to the meds, he's acting like his old self. We are extremely grateful for the extra time we have with our boy. I will also add the pricing is beyond reasonable. I have found Dr Fagan and the staff at CVH to be extremely knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. I appreciate them so much.
