We ordered two run in sheds/shed row barns for our horse pastures so our horses would have shelter in the storms (or from the sun). The process of ordering and delivery was really easy and convenient. They even delivered them earlier than expected. They arrived in great shape all built and the truck just set them down on the pads we had built. Great experience! Will be ordering our large barn soon. read more

Beware!!! If you give them a credit card number on file for your deposit. They will run additional charges on that same card without any authorization to do so. They also won't notify you. They keep your card on file and will run it at will. I am now filing a complaint with the attorney general and BBB. Justin the owner is not ethical. I had problems with my order from the day it arrived. I paid 12,000 for a green house that I paid extra for it to be black they only paint some of it on the outside in black not the top of the frame so when you look at it from the outside it's raw wood. It's not worth what they charge for the black paint. It's deceptive it's not all painted black. The item was received damaged from shipping the whole west side of the green house is damaged and they have had 5 weeks to replace it they never did. The door did not open for 5 weeks I had to call a repair company to come out and open it for me. They have beams on the bottom of the green house that interfere with my hydrophobic towers and I have not been able to place the hydrophonincs in the greenhouse since I received it. They also charged me an extra 125.00 for a screen door of which I did not receive. There is not screen on the door to the green house. They also charged me 375.00 for an anchoring kit of which was never installed. It's still sitting on the side of my house. I am so disappointed. IT took Justin 3 weeks to get to me and today he charges me without the items above taken care of without my authorization. So now I'm calling my credit card company for the unauthorized charge. Very unethical. I am a realtor and will be sure to not recommend them and will be pursuing legal recourses. They charge way too much and you should look elsewhere. Unethical Business! read more

Found Horizon Structures on line when I was searching for dutch barn doors. Theirs looked well made at a reasonable price. The site indicated "barn door sale price INCLUDES shipping." When I called to order the doors, I was told shipping WAS NOT included and information was taken down from their site. I have a copy of the page - delivery for the doors would be $225 per door. They should have honored their site promotion or at the very least, discounted the delivery. Poor customer service. My experience is in direct contradistinction to the one listed above. I spent 4 months and 2 round-trips (nearly 3 hours each leg) to Atglen, PA. to discuss design, construction, delivery and on-site finishing of a dog kennel. Most of the business was conducted by e-mail; the phones were often not answered. There were large gaps in time between responses to e-mails, due to 'shows' off-site. I never received an integrated estimate, either for the entire job or the structure itself, but I did continually received estimates for 'add-on's' in a nickel-and-dime approach. Despite these interactions and having filled out paperwork, I was asked 4 months later to provide (provide again) my address - where was the paperwork? In the end, after 4 months, it was determined that the job was not 'interesting,' because the distance and on-site preparation and build were too burdensome. THIS DECISION COULD HAVE BEEN MADE AT THE ONSET OF THE PROJECT, SAVING ME TIME AND MONEY. I consider it to be HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL and would particularly like to call our the service representative who 'helped' me, Mindy Rinier, who is, in my opinion, unprofessional, inefficient and definitely should be removed from customer 'service.' read more
