He said it appeared they oversprayed and killed the shrub. The removal and replacement cost was $150.00 I contacted the company and sent them pictures and a copy of the invoice from my landscaper. After several more calls, the company essentially said they didn't know what "killed it". And offered no other offer, not even a good business practice like saying ".... As a good will gesture we will credit you (not even 1/2) towards next year's services....... VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will be looking for another service for next year! And they will loose a customer

After that, their so called "treatments" were nothing like what I received earlier. They claim that they come out and treat, pull the payment from my credit card automaticly the next day. The weeds will just never go away. I had a reprentative call and ask to treat our shrubs but I complained to him that their treatment of my yard is anything but sufficient and he said that they would come out and give me a treatment for free. Well, guess what, they charged my account the next day again. Went I asked for my payment back, guess what, that wasn't happening. I went online and canceled the service. i called in again asking to have someone come out and explain to me how they are treating my lawn. The lady wanted to sign up for a treatment before they would do that and I told her "no" until the guy comes out. She wouldn't accomodate me so I canceled altogether. I would not reccommend this company whatsoever.

I always received advance notice before applications, and everything was handled professionally. Unfortunately, my second year was a completely different experience. I was unaware that my plan would automatically renew, and the first application was performed without the advance notification I had received the previous year. I accepted responsibility for not knowing about the auto-renewal policy and paid for that first service. However, after attempting to cancel both my lawn care and mosquito plans by phone and email, additional services were still performed and billed. I had to dispute those charges despite having emails documenting my requests to no longer receive services and to go elsewhere. What was most disappointing was the customer service. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the accounting/office manager (Angela) mainly argued with me, called me childish, and dismissed my concerns by saying, "It's just a lawn, it's not like we killed your dog." I found that response unprofessional, unnecessary, and oddly specific. The company also claimed appointment confirmations and invoices had been emailed, but I never received them despite checking my inbox, spam, and junk folders. Interestingly, I received invoicing emails the year prior, and unwanted promotional emails were delivered without issue. It's unfortunate because my experience during the first season was excellent, but the change in communication standards, and poor customer service I encountered mean I will no longer use or recommend this company.
