Patchy, brown, diseased and in stark contrast to our neighbors grass which directly abuts ours. They tried one "treatment" and then informed us it was 1) because we only purchased Basic plan and 2) for an extra $300 they would aerate and re-seed! I cannot recommend this local company (sadly).
