I received a notification from my security camera that someone was on my property. When I looked outside, I saw the owner walking directly through my flowerbed. I went outside and told him not to walk through my flowerbed, and his response was, "I didn't know it was your property." How do you not know where the property lines are when you're there to cut the grass? The boundary is pretty obvious, especially when the grass on the other side is over 10 inches tall. And even if there was confusion about the property line, why would you walk through someone's flowerbed in the first place? To make matters worse, he told me he was going to leave the grass clippings on my side of the property. And, sure enough, he did. In my opinion, this was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand making an honest mistake, but once you're told you're on someone else's property, the appropriate response should be to apologize and correct it--not intentionally leave the clippings there. They didn't clean up the grass in my neighbors yard either. Just cut it & left it there, kinda wild. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

He said to leave the payment under the mat which I found to be odd considering the tag said that you don't pay until you see the work, but he sounded like a respectful guy from our phone conversation and the good reviews he has online. I'm glad that I took him up on his offer. For $139, he put a fresh layer of sealcoat on my driveway after I had a poor experience with a past company. I could smell the sealcoat scent for iver a week, so to me that seems like he used the 'good stuff.' The driveway looks so much nicer and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. He showed up in the morning and was done after about a half hour, and was careful to avoid getting any sealcoat on my grass by the driveway. I'm definitely going to have him be my 'go-to' next time I need any driveway work done, I was pleasantly surprised of the outcome. Highly recommend.

Every situation is different and your experience with Class One may be different than ours…read more Based on the insurance estimate, our restoration from a garage fire and interior smoke damage was expected to take approximately 4-6 months to complete. With our project, the majority of work was completed after about 8 months, which was the longest that the insurance would permit our rental housing to be paid. We moved back into the house before some of the final work had been completed. Looking back, scheduling could have been done better to keep the project moving and on schedule. As Class One was a new company when we contracted with them, some sub-contractors had to be vetted and eventually replaced, which added time to the project. Some of the sub-contractors were not of the highest quality or dependable, which led to some of these being replaced during the project. These are the pains of a new business that is growing and expanding. The warranty period after job completion is one year. We had some communication breakdowns during the contract period that led to confusion regarding what was covered under warranty. This was eventually resolved.
