It feels as if we were constantly put on the back burner and not even on his schedule. Tyler has horrible communication skills and is far from reliable. For example- during a week he was set to come mow, he was on vacation. We understand things happen, but we weren't even given a heads up to make other arrangements in order to enjoy our yard on the Fourth of July. Since then he has missed yet another week of servicing. At this point we are extremely dissapointed and will no longer be recommending Mitzel's to anyone.
