He explained I needed to take it to get fixed, then return after driving 50-100 miles for the computer to reset, which I verified with him multiple times. I completed both(actually driving 140+ miles) returned to have it re tested, and he now told me I needed to drive 500 miles, and lied about telling me 50-100. I will never be back, and on the way out the door the owners response was "I've been in business for 30 years, I don't need you". Best of luck with that business model.

Pricing was comparable to the prior ownership, when the shop was El Camino Smog and Repair. This was a relief, as El Camino had been servicing my car for years, and an ownership transition is always a gamble for the customer. They still offer a comprehensive, multi-point vehicle inspection included with oil and filter change services. One caveat, if you have a faulty TPMS sensor be sure to remind the shop to check your tire pressure before any other services are performed. This is a step that may be missed if they move forward in the inspection. I addressed this with the management and received a very kind, well thought-out reply. When I showed up, the man at the front desk, Ezekiel, checked the schedule and said it showed 8:30. I let him know that couldn't be right because I'm dropping my son off at school at that time, so it must have been a scheduling mistake.
