We were super sad and in a huge panic to figure out how to get our stuff out of there, what to do with the storage unit, how to get our money back AND how to get our stuff here soon! Luckily, the CubeSmart employee Ricardo referred James and his team and I called them and told them what my budget was. He worked his hardest to meet me in the middle and was even able to bring my things to Texas the next day!! When he arrived with his team we figured since it was last minute that our stuff would have been rushed in too but they wrapped all of our furniture & electronics! They even took everything to the rooms I needed them to go to!! As soon as they were done they cleaned up and they left! It was a great experience. This was the first time we used movers and it's a shame we were scammed by MOVING&STORAGE SQUAD but A Couple Guys & A Truck saved us! Thanks again y'all!

This company was professional and courteous. They arrived on time and worked hard to disassemble and move my furniture. Unlike some moving companies, Hands on Moving did not milk the clock or hit me with any extra fees. They were very easy and straightforward to work with. The movers took care in making sure my belongings not only arrived undamaged but, they also put every box and piece of furniture exactly where I wanted. I do not remember if they said it was included in the pricing however, I am so grateful they went out of their way. It made my transition into my new home go so much quicker. I do want to note, I took off 1 star because the movers did not have on face masks ( review written during COVID19 era) and that made me a little weary. BUT in their defense, it was over 100 degrees outside and they were working so hard I decided to let it slide since I wasn't at risk anyways.

I had a family…read moreemergency that required me to remove almost 75% of my mothers belongings and clean out her house on very short notice. This company went out of their way, given my situation, after business hours, on two separate visits, to accommodate the removal of furniture, garbage, and various items. Even further, they went out of their way to clean, sweep, and ensure the exterior of the house was clean and presentable. They also facilitated the moving of what remained into the moving truck I rented, disassembled furniture, and was more than accommodating with anything else I may have needed. Not only was this company more than accommodating, but they met my financial needs as well. I would not have been able to accomplish all that needed to be done if it weren't for them. As a single, full-time working mother in the military, with minimal time to take care of the needs of my hospitalized mother, I was able to breathe with this company!!! Thank you!

They're fast, efficient, professional, and they do a great job cleaning up any branches and leftover yard waste, when they're done. The only concern worth noting is timing. The timing between when you get your estimate and when they can come out to do the work can vary because of circumstances (e.g., scheduling, number of other customers), but they've followed through both times that I've commissioned them to help with my yards. Regardless, I think they do great work and are worth the price you pay. Would definitely recommend them!

I feel very lucky to have contracted with Sonny to clean out this property. I'm not sure how the…read moreproject would've gone without him. I am from out of state and I was purchasing this distressed property to make a home for my sister in law to live in. The home was occupied by a variety of non-owners who had been piling junk up. A day after I spoke with Sonny on the phone he visited the property to make a quote and spoke with the occupiers. I believe his firm and polite presence allowed us to transition them off property with no ugliness. When I arrived to close he was able to give me a firm quote. That shows a lot of professionalism, since it was a really huge job. It's a 7000 square-foot lot covered in all kinds of stuff including a boat. I let him know I was constrained for time so he got right on it the next day and got so much done including interior demo work that hadn't been part of the first quote that I had no problem paying a large deposit upfront. Unfortunately, there was an escrow problem. We had to stop work for a couple days. When the problem was resolved Sonny was right back on the job the next day. in just two days, it was finished. I was amazed. You can see from the photos that there was an incredible amount of work interior and out. (not to mention the tree that had fallen on the roof.) I was working on projects while they were doing the demo and clean out. I got a chance to hear Sonny handle his customers in a honest and professional manner. I also witnessed him, guiding his crew to his very high standards. His crew was great. I was comfortable and felt secure with them. I found Sonny on Google/yelp. even though he has a great rating with the BBB, his one bad review on yelp gave me pause. however, when I checked that reviewer's other reviews, I found that she had never had a good experience with anyone ever and that review should not and does not represent Sonny's work. I left Sonny with the keys and codes to the property in case my sister-in-law had an emergency because I have so much trust in him.

There are others in Tucson that would rip you off, but this company is reliable and trustworthy. Now days we don't get to say that much. My big mess was embarrassing, but Sonny and crew did not shame me, instead their attitude was very helpful. I cannot begin to say how much this meant to me!

I was surprised that the job only required two people but sure enough--after a little experimentation on the dolly/mats--they had it on the truck. Everything was unloaded perfectly and they were helpful to the very last minute, including helping me rotate the spa to figure out the best orientation for the electrical so I could better inform the electrician of any limitations. I personally witnessed them being incredibly careful moving the unit on to the truck, strapping it down for transport, driving slowly, and unloading it off the truck. All in all an excellent experience. I can't confirm that the tub made it to the destination leak-free just yet but I can assure you if there are any issues, it wasn't due to Whiz Whiz.
