I have known Raphael for a while now. He's usually friendly and efficient. However, I had asked…read morehim to do a job for me which he had done before. He agreed to do the work and asked me to buy the products which I needed replaced. He's aware that I'm struggling with cancer and needed a dependable person for the work. When I had purchased the supplies, I texted him April 11th, 2019 to schedule the work. He did not respond with a date. I attempted again on April 16th, he responded by telling me he could work on Thursday April 18th. Thursday April 18th afternoon came around, I texted him to see if he was coming, he responded no, he was stuck on a job. I asked again when he could come fo the work and let him know that I had doctor appts the following week on Wed and Thur. He said that he could come work on the weekend Saturday or Sunday (Easter weekend). He did not show up or call/text. I contacted him again on Monday April 22nd. He then said he could come work for me on Wednesday or Thursday, the days I would be getting tests and chemo from my doctor, which I told him before were not good days for me. I asked him what I did to offend him and was hurt by his non professional attitude. He then said he could come out that day to fix everything and was sorry. He never showed up!
